I attended the UEFA Super Cup at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel, so location was excellent for my purpose of travel. Facilities were great and the customer service was brilliant. I’d missed my flight from Zakynthos due to an earlier delay coming from Manchester which meant I was unable to stay the first night of my booking. When communicated to the hotel they were more than happy to amend my booking and provide a full refund for the unused night. The room was a good size, had a good size TV and air conditioning was brilliant given it was an extremely hot couple of days. Beware they also don’t allow you to take your room key when you go out somewhere, you have to drop it at reception - I liked this because at least I had access to your room on my return and it wasn’t possible to lose the key since I didn’t have it while I was out. Transport links are great, there’s a metro station less than 3 minutes away (Neo Faliro) which has good service to get to the city centre and to Piraeus.

It was easy to hear noise from outside the room which sounded quite loud at times, but this is to be expected at any hotel so it wasn’t really a problem. The room also had ceiling to floor mirrors on 2 walls, but for me that’s just personal preference, I didn’t really like it. The shower didn’t have a curtain and I had to hold the shower head at a good enough height to take a shower. The toilet was also in a corner.

I was here because of a referral to the Metropolitan Hospital and the Olympic Hotel is nearby. What makes this hotel special is that the staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and help with everything. I can’t thank the staff enough including housekeeping 💚

Smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms and I could not leave my balcony door open at night because cigarette smoke frequently blew in from presumably rooms next door.

Location for football ground, metro service and hospital located in a quiet area with a handful of reasonable priced restaurants,/bar/coffee/supermarket

Quirks of the hotel such as Strange lighting in the rooms but thats if you messed around with the controls Poor toilet flushing system Mirrored walls could give people the wrong perception

We stayed just few hours to rest between plain and ferry. Generally everything is fine with the hotel, just the interior is very weird - It looks like rooms were designed for "adults fun" :D You receive tv and aircon controllers in reception together with keys. Wifi password is "Olympic Hot". Huge mirrors on the walls and red light coming from the ceiling. Me and my friend were travelling not as a couple, so had a good long laugh 😆

I asked for a non smoking room and she gave me a room on a non smoking floor, which was very appreciated. The receptionist was very kind and I had a good stay. Price - quality very good.

The shower does not have a curtain or big enough space to drain the water so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower...

The hotel was in a lovely part of town. A short walk from the metro, supermarket and restaurants. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Bathroom was really small and due to no shower curtain/ rail it got very wet. Also only a hand held shower head, but I think it's a Greek thing.

location for the Olympic stadium. shops bars restaurants nearby. transport links were close by also..

I would have liked the hotel more if it had a bar or coffee shop etc...and maybe just too many mirrors in the room...

The location was good, the metro station is located near the hotel (300m) and you can easily go to any part of the city. The staff was really kind and helpful. They have their own parking place in the garage.

Clean room, nice people at the reception. Close to Port of Pireus and easy to reach from center of the city.

The toilet water pressure was not great in the bathroom.

Good location comfortable beds good air conditioning

Poor wi-fi and toilets had difficulties with number 2s!! Didn't clean rooms everyday
