1- the staff was very kind and friendly, they upgraded our room for a bigger ones 2-breakfast was very good for Muslim people ( boiled eggs, fried eggs, different kinds of cheeses, fruits, sweets and juices)

Really great room. Stayed 1 night and took ferry to Mykonos.

States it is walkable to Ferry port 10 minutes and it was not so we had extra expense of taxi we were not expecting.

The room that I got was very spacious and had a massive window. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice I asked them to extend my check out time and they approved the request without any hassle. Location was prime very easily accessible to the public transportation and to get to the market and restaurants spot. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The one side of shower door in my room was not existed. So the bathroom literally flooded with water going out of the designated area. That's the only thing that I didn't like! I would assume everything to be perfect after paying 120EURO for a night.

Hotel was fantastic! The staff was superb! Very courteous, professional, and helpful. From the Front Desk, to the Bartender, to the Breakfast staff. Breakfast was FANTASTIC! VERY close to the Metro!

Understand this isn't any fault of the hotel, but guests should be cognizant the area plumbing doesn't work well with toilet paper...as such, you're expected to use a side covered garbage can to place any toilet paper to be removed by cleaning staff.

Overall, the room itself was lovely - more space than we needed but very well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

Considering the price of the room, the bed in our suite needs a much more comfortable mattress with a pillow top. The bed was far too hard for me, and I slept on the sofa, which was much more comfortable than the bed. For me, the comfort of the bed is the most important feature of a room.

The breakfast was brilliant. We had to leave so early the 2nd morning we missed it and were really sorry that we didn't have a later flight. However, the night manager had a note from the Day manager to provide us with coffee and pastries while we waited for our taxi, and then gave us a bag with delicious ham and cheese sandwiches which we ate on the plane. So thoughtful!

Really warm and friendly welcome from Zefi when we arrived and throughout our stay. Husband and daughter equally friendly. Lovely room and ensuite bathroom. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Great choice for breakfast. Nice beaches within 10-15 minute walk and a similar distance to a huge choice of restaurants and shops.

The immediate surroundings weren't so attractive but the hotel grounds were and it certainly didn't spoil our holiday!

The room was a lovely combination of plush classy furniture with modern touches such as a parquet floor. I asked for a room without a carpet and got that and more! There was a huge balcony with a lovely view of an old building opposite. We were delighted. The best thing was how quiet it was. The breakfast was great too. Better than other hotels of this category.

Nothing. It was a very comfortable stay.

Staff was exceptional. Arranged to hold luggage until room was available which facilitated us visiting Athens. Staff even called hop on and off bus to pick us us near hotel as well as arrange transportation to the airport. Breakfast was ample with a large variety of choices and equally friendly staff. Hotel is close to Piraeus port for cruise ships and shuttle craft. Shuttle craft are easily within walking distance.

Some amendments should be done both to the breakfast area and breakfast itself. Two single beds next to each other doesn't make it a double 😒. A double mattress topper will do the job...
