Wow… what an amazing place to stay. Just two minutes walk to the port and same from the Piraeus metro station. The hotel blew us away after walking up the less than salubrious street… it was like a mirage appearing… spotless entrance… reception … windows … it had the wow factor. Our room carried it on… great bed and bedding, tv with Netflix et al, workstation if you needed it, lit wardrobes!, wonderful shower room and a little kitchenette with sink, fridge and small hob. Everything was spotless, shining and just wonderful. Breakfast was provided by means of a little carry bag at 6:15 (we had an early ferry) and inside was everything you could expect and more. Would definitely book again if going to Athens even if we were just visiting the city … as it is only 2 mins from metro which goes to centre of city in only 10 mins it would be a no brainer for us.

The aircon couldn't be turned down in rooms as it is centrally operated and we were way too hot and uncomfortable. We asked for it to be changed but were told it couldnt be.

The Hotel was very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable ( we stayed in a junior suite on the second floor). The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Plenty of places to eat nearby and cafes for breakfast, coffees and some lovely little cake shops. We preferred to stay here rather than in Athens because it’s a more manageable city and only a short walk to the port so very convenient for joining a cruise from Piraeus. Recommend getting a taxi if your cruise starts at A, B or C passenger terminals because, although it’s easy to walk round to other side of bay it is a long way, especially trying in the heat and pollution. There is a roof terrace with seating, no bar but you can buy drinks from vending machines in reception and drink them on the terrace.

Only thing that might problem ( not for us though) was that the lift was very small so it could take a while getting up or down with your luggage if it was busy.

It is mins away from to the Piraeus port and the metro station. We stayed here for one night because we needed to take the ferry to Santorini the next morning. The room was very clean, huge and quiet. There are nice cafes and restaurants in the area within walking distances. The staffs were very nice too.

The elevator is super tiny and need to take the stairs to access it. If will be a problem for people who are bigger or using wheelchair or having walking issues. It was not a problem for me. Just wanted to point out for someone who might have accessibility issue.

I was a bit worried before arriving as the photos almost looked 'too good to be true', especially when you arrive into the port and see the other hotel options BUT we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful, modern, clean and spacious the room was. Location was also a short walking distance from the port which made it super easy for us to get off and walk from a late-night ferry. Easy to get a taxi to the airport the next morning too.

The aircon was not working properly for us but I am sure it was just user-error and no big drama. The surrounding area was also a bit run-down but that is not the hotel's fault and the price you pay for being so close to the port.

The hotel is a gem. The room was a generous size and well looked after. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel was well presented and carefully managed.

The parent company has tried to be creative with IT applications but hasn’t quite finished any of the them of. The electronic check in doesn’t allow you to upload information: the receptionist gets you to completed a new, paper version, on arrival. All the room information you need in the room is on reception: you need to take a photo on arrival. The food delivery QR link sends the delivery to the wrong room: the food wasn’t good. It could work well with a bit more attention to detail.

This hotel is in a perfect location for taking the ferry to the islands - it is in a short street opposite the ferry station. It is lovely and new and the facilities are excellent. The room is huge and the bathroom the biggest so far in our Greek travels. The staff were very positive and stored our luggage while we set out for the Archaelogical Museum (a must see). The best help was from Chris at the front desk who personally did his best to help me break in to my own case by padlock because I had lost the key! The gym and spa looked terrific. We loved our late night drink on the rooftop - it had been raining but was nice and dry up on the roof and it has a great vista.

This was a wonderful hotel. I booked two rooms but really only needed one. They were suites with small kitchen, wonderfully sized bathrooms and get beds. It was one of the best nights sleep I had. We arrived late but there was a restaurant near by that was open until midnight. Taxi's were easy to get and the front desk staff went above and beyond.

It is out from town and tourist attractions but it was close to the ferries which is what I wanted. There were a few steps to navigate prior to reaching the elevator but the staff helped us. There really wasn't anything else wrong with the hotel.

This was the perfect place to spend the night before catching the morning ferry. Walking distance to the ferry gates and metro stations (for an 18 min ride to Athens center). Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The room was spacious too, which was nice to spread out in after traveling for 16 hours. Everything was quiet at night. The area itself is the port so it's not too pretty, but it's safe and this hotel is much nicer than its surroundings. Also, the car service they recommended for airport pickup was reliable and our driver was friendly and helpful.
