Amazing breakfast 👍🏻🙂

Too many sleep disturbing control lights on the electronic equipment around the room. Red control light, green control light, light from the hallway around the entrance door that was not sealed at all and therefore all noise from guests passing by we had to share. In addition, very noisy street until very late at night/morning.

I really like how the staff was polite and super friendly, the barmen made good cocktails from menu and not only. The hotel is small and cozy, so there were not any noises or parties. Public beaches locates 3 mins away from the hotel. The hotel is eco, we noticed that they don't use plastic in large amounts.

From time to time at the end of the day we saw muddy water in the swimming pool. Also there is green something on the walls of the swimming pool. Please, check it and fix if possible. The whole impression of the hotel was great anyway.

My only suggestion would be for our room 502 we had no shade at all on the balcony so couldn’t sit out, maybe add a parasol? Also the area around the pool was very slippy if you had sliders on, nearly fell on a number of occasions

Nothing major, everything was great No parking - parking on the streets is free, but the streets are quite crowded, it can take some time to find a spot Strange artificial taste of breakfast free drinks/'juices' - but you can order fresh orange juice for 2,5 euro and its really delicious

Pool wasn't super clean Dîner we tried it once but then decided to go out for the second night as it was pretty basic buffet type. Espresso at breakfast is extra. Got pressured to finish quickly even if we were there before breakfast closing time. Not super close to city center. You have to walk 20min to old town. "Theme" nights making a bit of noise until after 11pm.

We stayed on the top floor with a partial view over the ocean. Everything was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space for your things and big balconies. The staff was really friendly and were always there with a smile. The food was good, and they changed it every day. Both the dinner and breakfast were from local inheritance and tasty. The pool area was nice, and plenty of benches. So we never had to fight for one.

The elevator is outdated, but nothing serious.

We had the best experience we have ever had on a holiday. The room was cleaned every day to perfection, the staff were all extremely nice and really made us feel cared for. It is a bit expensive for our taste but it is definetely the best 4 star hotel you can wish for.

Lovely hotel and amazing stay. Service was delightful: professional and friendly staff across all the hotel. Room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Pool is on the small side be very enjoyable, spotlessly clean. No private parking but easy to find free parking in the surrounding streets. Beach two minutes away and Rethymno reachable in just 10 min beachside walk. Finally the food was amazing and diverse. Had dinner and breakfast and both were fantastic with several options and great fresh ingredients. Easily one of our best stays in Crete!

For people who struggle with small spaces the bathroom is on the small side. Nothing major and it wasn’t a problem personally and didn’t really affect the overall enjoyment of the room.

Fantastic hotel and I am sure we will return. The evening meal deal is very good value and the prices in the snack bar/room service are also very good. Really pretty how the swimming pool looks at night with the embedded lights. All the staff were very welcoming and professional. The bed was very comfortable and a pillow menu is available.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Such a beautiful environment. I've noticed that every morning 3 beautiful woman from staff cleaned the whole territory. Also the location is good. Nice food, every time I found something interesting and taste. High quality food.

That our lock didn't work. We had to use a key, not a card as all people used. And without us the cleaner was not able to enter the room.
