Everything. A stunning hotel and most helpful and friendly staff I have met. We were treated like a part of the family. Nothing is any bother to them. Plus hotel is close to many shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

This hotel is a rare gem hidden in the old town of Rethymno. Walking into our deluxe suite with Hammam with its beautiful furniture and decor and our own private steam room, took us back in time and was absolutely magical! The domed ceiling had small skylight that looked like stars and the solid walls provided such peace even though we were right in the middle of the town. The amenities included what was needed for coffee and tea, bathrobes and slippers and sandals and peshtemal towels for the steam room. Our host, Michalis, was a true gracious gentleman, very knowledgeable and so very helpful (efcharisto, Michalis for everything!). We would rate this hotel 20/10 if we could and we would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located. Wonderful welcome by the reception. Bed was very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Nice ambience. We stayed in “The Pansy” room.

The shower was improperly installed. It was a handheld shower with a bracket to hang it and was part of a jacuzzi tub as well. The problem was that they installed a glass wall to block the water from the shower from getting on the floor at the wrong end of the tub. There was also a small bracket on the glass wall end but the shower hose was not long enough to reach the bracket! So … I would recommend they find a longer hose (the easiest fix!) The other problem was that we left early in the morning and there was no information on what to do with the key and how to let yourself out.

This hotel is simply amazing: the ambience takes one back to Ottoman times (the building used to host a Turkish bath, hence the name), and the rooms are each decorated individually and are quite stunning. It is located right in the center of Rethymno old town, and yet it is very quiet. The spa Jacuzzi bathtub in my room was super nice. The host was very friendly and provided plenty of information and of suggestions for my stay in Rethymno, and also (before arrival) on where to park.

It was very hard to find parking: free parking was absolutely impossible to find, and even paid parking lots were quite full (and quite pricey: 20 euros for 24 hours). Of course this is not the property's fault in any way.

Twin room with the spa on the balcony was excellent. The gentleman at the front was lovely and friendly and quite thorough in showing us everything. The room itself was exceptional in terms of both the cleanliness and facilities available. Photos represented the rooms well. Spa was excellent!

Only thing was the separate room was a single mezanine area that was still connected to the rest of the room so there was no privacy for those in the double bed. Perfect otherwise though and fine for group of friends!!

The room is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub on the private balcony every night. The host is very helpful and welcoming (as are the cats who share the balcony). Having a second bathroom is a real bonus.

I hate to complain as the place is really lovely. However, the kitchenette could use some improvement. The only power outlet is behind the sink, hard to get to and dangerous; we ended up plugging the tea kettle and toast press in at the desk (where the plugs are also hard to reach). A little more counter space and storage would be nice too (half the kitchen storage could only be reached standing on a chair), maybe a spatula and cooking spoon.

Rooms were wonderful and we have stayed a number of times here. Each room is unique and redefines boutique hotels in general. The décor is put together with flair and meticulous taste. Facilities are excellent, sadly there was not breakfast option when we have stayed but due to the central location this doesn't present any issues.

Nothing apart from breakfast, this would then have been perfect. we did have a bit of a leaky coffee machine but this was sorted out quickly. But these are trivial

The main bedroom was stunning, comfy bed and beautifully decorated It was spotlessly clean. Excellent location, close to everything. Very quiet and peaceful. Spacious and luxurious ensuite. The staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming, and very happy to help. Small Kitchen was very handy. Nice spa outside. Beautiful toiletries

The second bedroom was very small , with 2 single beds and barely any room for anything else. It would be great for 2 kids but not 2 adults. The second bathroom is more like a toilet with a shower head over the toilet, very small. I stayed with my partner in the main bedroom and we were exceptionally happy, my sister and niece were't happy with the small room and second shower, they ended up using our shower. I would highly recommend for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small children but not 4 adults.

The apartment was beautifully decorated in oriental style, very spacious and comfortable. It has a lovely, well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful, shaded terrace. The nice bathroom has its own sauna room. The apartment is in a fantastic location in the beautiful Old Town of Rethymno: it's both quiet and close to everything. Our hosts were always on site if we needed anything, and were very helpful and friendly.

Friendly and attentive host, beautiful and unique room (Suite Nr. 2) with luxurious private hamam (wonderfully relaxing!). Perfect location near many restaurants and shops but still quiet at night. Very short walk to the old venetian harbor. Though there is no immediate parking availabe we left our rental car at a reasonably priced parking garage nearby.
