Location is great, very central and located in a picturesque alleyway. A nice room with cozy ambiance and good shower. Overall very clean and has a comfortable bed. You get your breakfast delivered in a basket in your room or up in a small roof terrace. Very easy check in even if the reception is not open. You enter with a code and reception is open until 15:00. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful! Had a great stay there!

The walls are a bit too thin, probably made of plywood, you can hear other people's conversations next room sometimes if they speak loud.

Location is perfect; in the old time but close enough to the edge of it to make getting to parking easily. The hotel will provide paid parking options (which are good) but you can also park for free nearby too. The room was as per the photos and well appointed. We stayed in 6 places during our holiday in Crete and this was the best bed. Breakfast is good and extensive and served either on the communal terrace or on your private terrace dependant on your room and preference. Evi is realyl friendly and helpful - we could have chatted to her all day.

The Queen Suite (room 5) terrace is very private - but that's because it is surrounded by walls on 3 sides. It only gets sun in the middle of the day, we arrived at 4 and checked out at 11, the sun was only on the terrace for the final 30 min of our stay. Not the C suites' fault but worth considering if you are only there for 1 night (and in the Queen suite), you will likely not get sun on the roof terrace.

From the very first contact with the wonderful Evil knew we had picked the perfect place for our time spent in Rethymnon. Cressa suites is an excellent little boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town, Evi cannot do enough to help you she is delightful, full of smiles and positive energy. Breakfast is delivered fresh every day either to your room or on the roof terrace. Room 5 had a lovely little bit of outside space. It's a 10 minute walk into the harbour and beach. There are so many delightful restaurants and bars you will spoilt for choice, Raki Ba Raki, Asikiko, Avli and Cavo for the incredible sunset to name a few. Written 10/07/23 151

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

We absolutely loved Cressa Suites! Wonderful Evi, who we couldn't thank enough for the hospitality, always welcoming us with the smile and going above and beyond for her guests. It was my boyfriend's birthday so i asked for a posibility of getting some special breakfast. Didn't think Evi will show up with a delicious birthday mini cake! She surely was one of the best hosts we ever had pleasure to meet. Cressa Suites is right in the middle of the old town, short distance to the beach and many amazing restaurants. Our room, nr 5, had a little patio so we could have a breakfast there. Breakfast basket, delivered every day contained everything we needed. Delicious! Almost forgot about extremely comfortable beds and outside bathtub, that surely made the trip even more relaxing:)

Only negative thing about our stay was that we had to leave too soon:)

The location was excellent in the heart of old Rethymnon, and the Fortezza fortress and the restaurants were only a few minutes away. The personnel were extremely nice and helpful. I had a nice start for the day each morning with the smile and friendly words when they brought me the breakfast basket. It was also possible to have the breakfast on the roof terrace. The room was warm, although the nights were rather cold in mid April.

Some sounds from the street coild be heard rather well in the room, but that did not disturb me much.

Had the top room with outside terrace bath, that was really one of my nicest stays and baths on Crete. Staff so nice. Room so nice Location great in one of the beautiful old venetian townhouses. Would stay again here for sure.

Breakfast is nicely served and cute in a basket - but of course it cannot rival some of the buffets served elsewhere

The room was fantastic - spacious, well set out and clean. We were right in the heart of old town with great restaurants, shops and the fortress within a couple of minutes walk and the beach 10-15 pleasant walk along the front or through the streets. Evi was a brilliant host and was always incredibly friend and helpful without ever being overbearing. I would stay here again.

There was a funny smell coming from the toilet - I think from the drains - that made the room smell unpleasant. We just shut the bathroom door when we left for the day and kept the bathroom window into the terrace open.

Everything was perfect. The checking was really easy, the location is ideal, in the centre yet still really calm. The breakfast and rooftop were super nice. The room is decorated with a lot of taste and is very clean. I would like to add that the staff was so nice, it made our stay extremely pleasant. Cherry on top for the spa bath on our balcony.

We were given a free upgrade (not requested). This would have been a nice place anyway at the best price we have paid in a month of travel. But obviously this was a step up. Evi is an absolute sweetheart; cheerful, helpful, humorous, and what a smile. The breakfast, room, location were great. You do have to walk in to old town but want to be there.

My whole stay was made wonderful because of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble always a welcoming smile. Communication from the start of the booking right away through to me leaving was appreciated. Evi did a magnificent job thank you.

My room was on the ground floor and had no window. I was unaware of this at the time of the booking. However, it did not make my stay any less enjoyable.
