Facility was very good, next to center, perfect for someone to be close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. I could go everywhere on foot all day long. People in the hotel were very helpful and helped me any way they could, with information and whatever I asked them. breakfast was nice, for starting was day in Rethymno, pool was great and clean, you could stay as much as you wanted. It was a very nice hotel in the middle of the city of Rethymno, I would visit again in the future.

The only thing I did not like was that I saw stain in both of my towels in my room, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable about using them. I told about that and they told me that although they wash them there are sometimes stain that are not go, and that they will replace all towels with stains.

Location in the middle of the city center, close to the famous fountain and restaurants and bars. It is situated just around the corner and thus out of the busy part of the city. It is a smaller scale hotel with superfriendly people, a central swimming pool and clean and big rooms. The breakfast is a mix of European and Greek style and includes all one wants in the morning.

Time went by too fast ;-).

The location is ideal and the building itself beautiful.

Breakfast was overrated I believe thus we didn't have any, common area was poor with little space for all guests, we stayed upstairs and had no balcony nor any chairs to sit at outside the room and there was no place to hand our wet towels and bathing suites. The pool gets little sun thus is cold and the place is too quite which makes it ideal for older people. Rooms were average with the "popular" rent-a-room furniture, bathroom and kitchen.

The hotel was nice and fairly quiet with helpful staff. There was no lift and steep stairs. The curtains were thin and central area lit all evening which meant it was very light in the room for sleeping. We also had trouble with the bathroom door locking us in the bathroom- be very careful with young children closing the doors - it was extremely hot in the bathroom- and very difficult yo open...

The hotel is looking so smart, especially the inner courtyard with the swimming pool! I think they must have been lovingly repainting it over the Covid year. It is a jewel in a busy tourist centre, but you wouldn't know it when you're in the hotel. The swimming pool is wonderful, so inviting, and the perfect refreshment after visiting local places. It's incredibly central for the old town and the port, and some very good restaurants nearby. And the owners/ staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning if we needed it, and a fridge.

The coffee at breakfast isn't great, but there is plenty of choice at breakfast, and the hotel is very good value.

Lovely character, spacious clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Loved the little extras of t bags and shower gel. Lovely owner. Tasty breakfast. Never seen such a clean pool. Beautiful surroundings. Great friendly staff. Brilliant facilities.

Noise at night, base music from a near by bar kept us awake for a long time.

Great location in the heart of the old town, charming old world building and warm Greek hospitality. The staff were friendly and very accommodating when I had to cut my stay short.

Single room was advertised as having air con, unfortunately it didn’t work so I had to keep the windows open which meant mosquitos during the night. Breakfast was basic, recommend to put more effort in keeping the dishes replenished.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, in the middle of the old town, but still very quiet. The pool offers fantastic refreshment, with nice clear water at the right temperature. The breakfast is very delicious, with a large selection, fresh fruit and very good coffee on offer. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly. We would have liked to stay more nights in this cool place!

Locked away behind a great door is a little oasis in the midst of the chaos that is Rhethymno.Quiet,but social and well set out this beautiful place offers the opportunity to chill by the pool ,which is generally quiet,or relax in your cool room.The owners are extremely welcoming ,helpful and interactive in the true Cretan fashion.

The property’s location, the historical charm, the staff were friendly and helpful! The pool was beautifully kept and a great option. The closet was big and the furniture very suitable and useful! The place was very clean and affordable!
