Lines is brand new accommodation with wonderful and pleasant staff and everything was so great. We got free upgrade so that was really nice. It’s perfectly clean (cleaning room everyday, changing the towels and bedsheets every two days) and location is great, 10 min walk from centre but it’s quite neighbourhood. Free parking is in front of building, they also have lovely bar with great coffee.

It’s really hard to find some bad things, they are just great :)

The property is located very close to the heart of the city (maximum 10 minutes walk) and still it’s a peaceful neighbourhood. The room is very clean and well-decorated, thus creating a sense of warmth and tranquility. The owner and the girls working at the reception are very polite, helpful and with a bright smile on their face. I highly recommend Lines Concept Accomodation if you ever find yourself in Rethymno!

Recently completed. We had paid for a larger King room and it was excellent. Large balcony. Open view over an olive grove to the side of the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Very comfortable mattress. Great value as it cost less than other accommodation on the trip.

Kitchen area was great but unfortunately hasn’t been kitted out for use yet. No pots or pans. No microwave etc.

Everything was clean, new, and well-maintained. It's in a quiet location a few minutes walk to the old town and the sea. We had a nice sea view, balcony and the room was veru comfortable. Staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

The staff was very polite, smiling and kind. The room was amazing, especially the shower. Amazing bed, an overall exceptional stay, I totally recommend! Also note that while the property mentions that there is no parking, there are many available spots just in front of it!

Perfect new place! and location and fully equipped room and best host Artemis and best cleaner Maria! and of course sea view and city view:) it’s a little up the hill but right in the center of town.

It was clean, modern, spacious ( to fit our large suitcases) and had all the things we needed- kettle, iron, coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was just a little too far from centre ( 20 min walk uphill), which was a bit hard for 78 yr old mum.

Amazing room, very comfy bed, great shower, extremely silent with what must have been triple windows, well equipped and modern kitchenette. And the staff was very kind, helpful and gave us great tips and recommendations. If we come back to Rethymno we are booking here again.

Brand new aparthotel with kind and helpful staff and stellar housekeeping. If you don't mind not being on the beach, look no further, this place will blow your mind in a positive way.
