Beautiful large room with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom area. Everything in the room was well thought though. Right next to the old town and the harbor with all their bars and restaurants.

While the room has good windows, they are not perfect and the street can be a bit noisy at night. But that’s to be expected in such a central location. While the pre-arrival information concerning the parking was great, there was no one at the reception when we arrived and we hadn’t received any check-in information. So we had to call to get the code to the key safe. Also, there was nobody there when we checked out and we had to ask for instructions.

Small but well-maintained hotel with a prime location at the edge of the old town with easy access to the port, the bus station, historical sights, and many great restaurants both in the old town and along the promenade. The room was very spacious, modern, and well-equipped (incl. free water and some breakfast items, such as crackers, marmalade, tea and coffee). We also liked the separate shower/toilet and all the tips we got from the hotel staff. They also allowed us to store our luggage after the checkout, which was highly appreciated.

The location was perfect. Couple of meters to the beach, bunch of restaurants near by, the neighbourhood looked pleasant. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room looked newly renovated and was spot on clean. There even was a little present waiting for us! Considering the price the place is certainly money's worth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Rethymnon. And if I'm ever visiting Rethymnon again I would know where to stay at. :)

No complaints. Our stay was quite perfect.

Very nice and accommodating hosts. Gifted a small gift/souvenir and provided jam and biscuits to nibble on. The room, bathroom, and shower were nice. Overall the stay was very comfortable

It’s just above a kebab shop, which felt slightly odd. The room had no windows and so couldn’t be ventilated. Internet would cut out occasionally.

Perfect location, close to the beach and the city center, easy to reach. Very kind staff, clean and large room, beautifully decorated, with everything you need during your stay. Highly recommend it! Would like to come back again!

The room is very spacious and furniture is very new and modern style. Location is great, right in the city center and is a quiet street at night.

There was a leak of water on the drainage in the toilet room floor. Nothinng really worrying but a bit annoying when you want to use the WC.

If I could give it a score of 11/10 I would, we were sad we only had one night there. Our room had every possible comfort, location is perfect. All instructions for check in and out are super clear.

Only thing is missing a window, but the Aircon was working perfectly.

Highly recommended. I guess it is a brand new rooms hotel with comfortable, well-equipped and well-designed rooms. Kostas is supernice. He is totally welcoming, flexible, tactful and helpful with smiling and caring approch. He speaks English fluently. Breakfast is in a bar around palm trees with sea view. ( 3 minutes walk )

Great location, trendy design, and friendly staff

Only a very minor point. I was a bit early for check in and the staff kindly offered to keep my bag to check me in later. I would have appreciated if they could complete the check in paperwork when I arrived and hand off the key later on. It would just save time for the customer. No big issue though.

No windows in our room, but it was fine because we only stayed one night. It was worth it for the good price.
