The stuff was very kind and willing to provide any information we needed. As we arrived they gave us a detailed list of the most important things to do and see on the island. Great job, keep it like that. The room was cleaned every day. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a great experience staying at the hotel. Many shops around and we could easily access the old town of Rhodes also on foot.

The only thing I would change is the shower in the bathroom

Very Impressive. I have travelled the world, and been to some of the best hotels. I was slightly apprenhensive staying in a 3*, but it well exceeded my expectations and in many areas much better than 5*. Greeting with a welcoming sheet on the location and places to go which was good, reception staff amazing, especially two of the ladies. I had an administration personal thing to do and they pulled up all the stops to help me. When i wanted a kettle they provided. We had a nice balcony. I cant high recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for making our 3 night stay superb.

The shower a little small, but good shower head good jet of water. shower cap and body lotion would be nice but now im being picky as nothing else to make a comment on.

The hotel's location is within walking distance from the central bus station, shopping areas, and neighborhood. We prefer to walk, but you could get around the area with taxi at a good price. The hotel's room is clean and cozy. I also like their cafe bar and waiting area, with all the gold accents on it. The staff are really nice and friendly, especially Marina. They took their time to answer all our questions and even gave us tips on good restaurant finds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

It's not that I didn't like it, but could be improved for future travelers. Although there is a shower curtain, the shower area could have a sliding door panel around it to avoid water spilling on the bathroom floor.

The staff was very friendly and if any problems they did their very best to solve them. The location of the hotel was nearly perfect for me because its around local people and it was nice to take a walk e.g. to the oldtown by taking different routes. Everything is very clean. The information paper given at the hotel is very informative! I recommed the restaurants very close to the hotel. Ta marasia was super but make a reservation. Good massage on the opposite site of the street.

The view out of the window and balcony could have been better, but it was quiet anyhow.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable and the internet connection stable and fast enough for video conferencing without issues. The bathroom was spacious, and the room had all the amenities one could need: an espresso machine, a water boiler, an ironing set and a safe. There was also a small minibar refrigerator, which can also be used for some snacks that may require refrigerating. An interesting plus was the ceiling with the stars constellation and LED lighting, which makes for a nice night ambience.

If I want to be really picky, the only minus was that the balcony was directly facing a busy street. But since this is a city hotel, this is not something anyone who decides to stay there should be bothered by. On the other side, everything is in walking distance. Bus station, super market, food stores & restaurants, pharmacies etc.

the room was clean /tidy the recepionist marina was exceptional very helpful also provided written directions to points of interest which are walkable. breakfast is priced extra and i didnt have it

i was on the front of hotel and 2 night motorbikes started around 10.30pm and and continued until1am so recommend back room

Very nice room with a lot of space. Nice balcony. Super clean. Personnel was super helpful with any question I had over the hotel or anything I could want to do in Rhodes.

Located in Rhodes town, takes 10-20 mins on foot to get to the Mandraki port or Old Town. Exhausting when it's hot :).

Brilliant spot. You can walk to old town, city centre and a beach in under 30m, there's a supermarket nearby, a great coffee shop and whole these other useful things within reach. The staff was super friendly and provided me with a mini-guide with instructions on how to get to most spots and a voucher for a welcome drink. I was on my own and it felt perfectly safe. The mini-fridge was quite handy to keep water cold and store some fruit and snacks for beach days.

Great service, nice rooms. Daily cleaning service. At the check-in we were provided with a printout of tips and suggestions on activities and restaurants. Would recommend.

The showers are small and old fashioned, but functional. The hotel is located at a loud intersection, the rooms facing that way might be noisy. The electricity only works with the key card, meaning neither the AC nor the fridge keeps cold while you're out during the day.

The hotel was in a great location, 10 min walk to ancient Rhodes, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the 2 ladies on reception were friendly, caring, and helpful. Room was comfortable and homely.
