A first class level cozy an safe 5* SPA hotel. You feel welcome here. A personal "Welcome" card with a gift, a comfortable bed and good pillows awaited in the room. A large, well-maintained pool area immersed in greenery with an outdoor terrace and bar. George, the pool staff, is a gem - very helpful and attentive. Music evenings on the outdoor terrace, which could be enjoyed with dinner. Elegant roof terrace with bar. Breakfast very rich and tasty. Room service at a high level, staff very welcoming and helpful - especially Claudine and Andreas. Excellent location in the city park area - about 8 minutes walk to the port, the old town, the bus station and the center.

Smoking was allowed in the pool area.

The outstandingly well trained and friendly staff really make this excellent hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, and there is always a smiling face to greet you. From reception to the chamber maids, to the first class restaurant team. Wonderful breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly want. The location close to the Old City, but not in it, is perfect. A nice quiet area.

Room was on the small side, and bathroom did not have a proper door.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. The staff are all lovely, friendly and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and on arrival they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which was stunning and huge! All areas of the hotel felt so luxurious, it really is somewhere special. The pool area is kept clean and tidy by the pool attendant, George who was attentive and looked after everyone around the outdoor area. The staff behind the pool bar were brilliant, and delivered drinks to your sun loungers after ordering at the bar. The short walk to the medieval old town was pleasant and we felt safe walking back at night passed the playground and Estrella Rhodes bar. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, with an egg menu on the tables and buffets of hot food, fruit, cakes, pastries etc. You could order fresh coffee and pots of tea. We also walked through the new town to Elli beach and the other way across to a smaller beach called Akandia Strand. This is a sandier beach and not as stony as Elli beach, but it is small. The whole experience of our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

Upon arrival, Rodos Park makes a very clean impression. Throughout my stay there, it became apparent that it's a very well-managed hotel. The entire staff was very friendly at all times and always returned a smile. Some hotel staff was working literally day and night but I noticed absolutely decline in enthusiasm and serviceability, which was really impressive. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and dinner was amazing. There are always 3 choices for the main course and I was always left very satisfied. From starters to dessert, everything was great including the cosy atmosphere, which involved live music performances on some nights. The pool I found very nice too. It's not too small, not too big and always spotless despite being surrounded by trees and greenery (hence the name "Rodos Park"?). For refreshments/snacks, a bar is situated right next to the pool but people can also make orders at their sun beds, which the staff will deliver to them. Further, there are enough seating options for those who want to take a break from the pool and tanning and get a snack. It's also where most people are having dinner at night, which is very nice. The pool is illuminated when it's dark, which also adds to the experience. I stayed by myself for 4 nights and always felt taken seriously and appreciated by all the staff - from the porters to the receptionists, to the servers, to room service, to the boss and everybody else. I was greeted every time I entered a room and welcomed warmly, which I appreciated. For all the reaons mentioned above, I would definitely want to return one day to Rodos Park (hopefully with companion this time) and I'll also recommend the hotel to family and friends. I couldn't imagine anybody feeling left disappointed having stayed at a hotel like this. Rodos Park deserves all the stars it has and even more.

The location was excellent for walking to the old town and the new town yet removed from the busyness of tourists. Everything was emaculate and the food delicious.

Having to ask Reception more than once for milk and teabags for the room. There was barely enough for two people to have one hot drink each per day; three small capsules of coffee milk, one Earl Grey, one English Breakfast and one Peppermint teabsg plus two coffee sachets.

THe most outstanding thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. The food was also great, both the breakfast and dinners. We loved eating breakfast outside by the pool. The location was ideal for us - just a 5 minute walk to one of the gates into the Old Town.

THis is NOT a complaint, just a comment. Rooms are small by North American standards, but it was very well appointed and comfortable. Also, there was a balcony, which we enjoyed

Staff were a standout -incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities throughout the hotel were always clean and clear and easy to use. The rooftop bar was particulalry enjoyable as a way to spend an evening.

The room was just a little smaller than we'd expected and the shower a little dark unless the privacy screen was open. I suppose you might want one more lift to the rooms but honestly this was never a problem.

-All the stuff was very nice from the first moment -Breakfast available from 07:00 with a big variety of food and drinks in a pretty location - The room was great with a very comfortale bed -The swimming pool is big and clean -The hotel is very quiet despite being in a central location

- The swimming pool opens realtively late -The food in the lobby is very expensive -There was a smell of sewage outside the hotel (it was not felt in the interior, but it was on one side of the pool)

The Rodos Park is well located, a short drive from the airport and within easy walking distance of Rhodes old town where there are many restaurants and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and well laid out: the hotel staff are all consistently polite and attentive with excellent customer service skills. We enjoyed the breakfast - there was a huge choice ranging from delicious greek yoghurt and fruit to cheese, pastries, smoked salmon and prosecco. We used the pool area and sun loungers and enjoyed swimming in the pool which was larger than I expected. Again these areas were kept clean and were well maintained. Our room had a balcony big enough to sit out on which got the sun in the afternoon and overlooked the archaeological site. The bar on the roof was a spectacular but private space with great cocktails. We were sorry to leave and would definitely return here if we return to Rhodes.

Perhaps our room could have been bigger, but we chose it because we thought it would be quieter than the rooms at the front of the hotel which overlooked the pool. We slept well but my husband found the mattress a little hard.

Staying here at rodos park suites, my partner and I were treated like royalty :) From the moment we arrived all staff were so friendly and accommodating. From the reception and front of house staff, to the bartender on the top floor, the girls at breakfast, to the lifeguard, house keepers and so on. Everybody couldn’t do enough for us. I actually shed a tear in the taxi on the way to the airport at the end of our stay because it had been such a lovely first holiday for my boyfriend and I as a couple. It was our first time Rhodes, what a beautiful place and we definitely picked the right place to stay. The hotel is like a botique so it is intimate enough that you see familiar faces every day, but big enough that you can be also left to your own devices. It was a beautiful property in the absolute heart of rodos town so ideal central location but was in a surprisingly quite quiet street (the beds also gave me one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had which is rare as I am a bad sleeper) we will miss this place but have every intention of returning, would recommend it to anybody, such lovely people in a lovely place. Truly 5 star treatment, the pool has the sun all day and very lavish furnishings throughout the hotel. 10/10
