Fridge and AC worked perfectly fine. Not overcooling or breaking which is common in hot countries. We stayed for 8 nights and our room was looking to the busy Ion Dragoumi street but we havent been disturbed by any sounds at all, day or night. Window isolation is great. Beds were hard and very comfy. Room was spotless clean as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping was taken care of by two lovely ladies. They are the stars behind all this lovely and comfortable stay at our room. Breakfast came every morning as room service by Elina except for 1 day. She has been great every morning as well as her colleague on that one day! We thank housekeeping and room service for their hardwork and hospitality! Reception staff was always helpful and very kind as well. Whenever we had any questions, they were there for us. We even got a great recommendation on a daytrip to Khalkidiki to a beach from the gentleman at the reception. He was so kind to describe us all in detail how to get there and back. It was great! Superior One Boutique is very centrally located (connecting two main boulevards of Thessaloniki - Egnatia and Tsimiski). Tsimiski is the place to go if you want to shop clothes, souvenirs, walk by the pier, grab some food, sit at a cafe etc. Basically it is the heart of the city. On Egnatia there are countless cafes, shops, supermarkets and busstops. Walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions via Egnatia or Tsimiski boulevards. Take bus 01X (X1) to Platia Aristotelou (Aristoteles Square where the great philosopher's statue is placed). From this square to hotel it is 5-10 mins walk with luggages. There are many supermarkets around the hotel (DiscountMarkt, YES market, 4all market, Masouites) and many restaurants for every budget with lovely food just at 1-2 min distance from the hotel. Greek people are always very friendly, extremely thoughtful and kind. Thank you all very much, entire hotel staff have been so kind and helpful.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great stay at Superior One Boutique Hotel thanks to the great staff members.

The location was good , in the center walking distance from every must do activities ( markets, laddka ,boardwalk,old city....) Large rooms ,clean and comfortable. We take 3 jnr suits and 2 double rooms and all of the family was satisfied. (15 people). The brake brakefast was good and we eat it comfortably at the lobby ( 4 persons). The staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you.

It's located on noisy street , and when you close the windows you still can hear motorcycle and cars (seal problem). The air-condition is strong but very noisy no mater if you turn it to the lowest fan, it's hard to sleep with the noise..... There are not enough tables and chairs for breakfast in each room ,my suggestion to the hotel is to prepare extra tables and chairs in the rooms or balcony or to get other alternative to the concept.

Room was huge with an equally large bathroom. The floor of the bathroom was some kind of slightly obscured class brick which covered some antique walls (more information in the hotel) But it was very cool. Everything was spotless and the bed was large and comfy. No view from our room - but we didn't mind that. Very Centrally located just 10 mins from ferry port and less than 5 from bars/shops/restaurants. Staff very friendly. Would certainly use it again

Breakfast - don't get the breakfast. I think they have it all made up early in the morning and then reheat and serve it to guest at pre-booked time. It's the only explanation as to what happened to my omelette. The best description is airplane food. There are cafes serving just outside of the hotel - just go there. I would certainly stay again as I said room and staff were all great. Just don't bother with the breakfast.

The hotel has a very good location, it is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is also quite ok, you can have it either in the room or downstairs by the reception. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

The air conditioning in our third floor room was very noisy, the ventilator needed some repair, so this is the main reason for the somewhat lower grade we gave to this hotel. It is a central air conditioning, not a split system, so it was really a poor choice between sleeping in silence with no air conditioning in the middle of the heat wave or trying to sleep with the noisy air conditioning turned on. The other problem is the Ionos Dragoumi street, because it is quite impossible to park even in order to take the luggage in or out of the car (parking organized by the hotel is nearby and it is really ok). We had a problem checking out, but the guy from the hotel staff helped us bring the suitcases and backpacks to the car that was blocking the street during packing, so it was ok at the end.

Hotel is very conveniently located less then 10 minutes from the central square. Room very spacious, and clean. It had very cool glass dome which I haven't seen before. Breakfast service is a bit unusual - you provide selection from the offered list and at designated time breakfast is served in the room as there is no enough space in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nearby you have few bakery and coffee shop options, but given location, many restaurants are within walking distance.

Location is a bit noisy if you keep windows open given busy streets nearby.

We hoped for the best and got so much more! The absolutely wonderful and lovely Katherina (Short, black hair) was basically the first person to welcome us into Thessaloniki, and she was so gracious and helpful. She and the rest of the team were a prime example high quality hospitality! Katharina told us that that we got her favorite room and when we walked in, we understood why. Two balconies, a specious room and a beautiful bathroom! We only spent one time, but regretted not staying longer. Location - right in the center of town and close to everything! We highly recommend staying and we will hopefully be back :) We stayed there from May 3-4, 2023 LOVE YOU GUYS!

Perfection for a reasonable price!!!

The hotel is located in the city center and close to many nice restaurants and also close to the sea. The room is spacious, and the bathroom also, everything clean. Breakfast can be served in the room if you want and you have options to choose from.

We stayed 2 nights, a week distance. The first night we had a room very nice, spacious and everything was good. The second night, even if the price was higher, we had a smaller room, with 2 small windows and due to its position it was noisy and smell from the kitchen was entering inside.

It was a good stay. The rooms are big and clean. If you work for working it has a good area to display your things and work. However the desk is a bit low. What is was a surprise for me is that the breakfast is taken to your room. The breakfast is well prepared, and selected the night before, so that the service it bring it to your room in a tray. In our case, because we travel for work and we wanted to use the breakfast time to have a chat, we request to to bring our breakfast downstairs and it work perfectly.

My husband and I liked this hotel very much. It is located in the heart of Thessaloniki. It is minutes away from Aristotelous Square, the Ladadika area, the bazaar and the waterfront promenade. Our hotel room spacious with beautiful windows and the balcony. Everything was very clean. There is a small elevator.  Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering  to help us with anything we needed. We would return to this hotel.

Everything about Superior One was superior! the staff were so kind and helpful! we ended up staying two extra days due to an airline strike, and Katerina went above and beyond to help us! Konstantina was very helpful during our predicament and made a smooth transition for us!
