Hotel is in a wonderful location in the center of town. Great to return to the roof top pool and bar at the end of the day.

We had double rooms for single occupancy. Room was small with tiny balcony. Shower was small. More important though room was clean.

The recepcionist was so Nice and friendly, helped me ! Breakfast: perfect , the better I had in greece The room was old style , but you could see everything was very clean. Localization : the better ! Very central , a lot of nice restaurants all around. And I didnt wake up with any bell like someone said

The only thing that they could do , is to fix the Smell that comes from the drain of bathroom . It Wasn’t Pleasant Because was a really strong smell .

very friendly employees and hospitality is great! the hotel is perfectly and literally in the center of Zante city. they also offer a tourist guide and services at the hotel. breakfast fast delicious and a lot of varities.

hotel could be a little bit renovated especially the bathrooms. it‘s not bad, but also not the latest anymore. walls are very thin, can probably hear every neighbour through it, especially the door open and closing.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Room was available on arrival, even though we were early, which was really lovely. We also asked for a late check-out which was accommodated and much appreciated! Lovely bar on the roof with great cocktails and efficient, friendly staff.

Pool was very welcome although rather small (maximum of 4 people at a time). Some bedrooms had been updated but ours was not one of them and therefore felt rather old fashioned.

Excellent location - we only stayed for a couple of nights but it was perfect by the harbour and right by plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were a delight. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. We had a large room with a terrace overlooking the square which was a bonus.

Only one thing which let it down from 10/10 to 9/10 as the flush on the toilet in one of the rooms was broken from before we checked in. This was reported on the first day, but unfortunately not fixed until the next day. When it was fixed it was done in no time and they were very apologetic.

The hotel situates in the middle of everything, right at Saint Markos Square, and the bar with the view on the roof is great. The breakfast was a diverse selection of Greek specialities and every morning varied a bit from another.

The soundproofing of the rooms was non-existent. The conversation from the corridor sounded like they could have been in my room.

Excellent service by the staff during a very quiet off season January 5 night business visit. I felt like a VIP with personal service from the team. Thank you to the friendly reception team Constantina and Eleana who did an excellent job and were always there to help with my requests for some printing and information. Maria did a sterling job with an excellent al la carte breakfast of my choice each day. Rooms were very clean and serviced every day by Maria. Water pressure in shower was brilliant and mini fridge was useful. Location was perfect with many good restaurants nearby as well as the main business area of Zakynthos town. I will definitely stay here again.

Beds could be slightly more comfortable (they aren't bad but a bit too firm for my liking). There are however loads of lovely comfortable pillows.

It was the once again stay in this hotel, with a great pool that overlooks city, it is a small city hotel in the middle of town and great for short stays, very cosy. Breakfast for a small hotel is super, staff friendly and helpful, we booked our trips through hotel concierge, better deal than from the street. Hotel has also small fitness room that could be used for extra fee, we didn’t use it, but our friends did. Generally great stay.

Front desk staff and cleaners were exceptionally nice at the hotel. Very central location and close to everything like bars and restaurants. The pool and pool table are great additions too.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property.
