Breakfast being included was amazing, there was a really good-sized buffet every morning with a variety of options each day, and great coffee! View and location were excellent, choose the ocean view if you want a balcony. Really convenient location if you want either a short drive or a walk to other restaurants, hotels, shops, the zoo even. I loved the bed and comfy pillows. Plus, there were so many amenities in the room, which is extremely convenient having the little things like a toothbrush kit and sewing kit, and coffee, tea, and bottled water. And most the staff is friendly and helpful. We especially love the breakfast buffet crew!

The service at the lobby cafe could be better, they don't have someone there all the time until they see you waiting there and find someone to help. For our room, we did use the Do-Not-Disturb sign every other day and stayed over a week, but on days we had the room cleaned, the house-keeping didn't replace our pillow cases, although they did the sheets maybe twice. So our pillows smelled after a few days. And the only other thing was our upstairs neighbors or maybe workers renovating(?) Sounded like they were draggin furniture across the floor a few hours every night around 2am. Oh, and the walkway to the beach is somewhat under construction so just be careful to walk in the grass instead.

The location right on the beach was gorgeous. The hotel itself is large and right on the main road for easy access to Guam's version of Uber called Stroll. There is also a loop bus that has a stop near the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The room service was excellent.

The hotel, like many in the post-pandemic world, was very understaffed. At the buffet there weren't enough servers and workers. The bar near the pool was often unattended. The cleaning staff was really understaffed and constantly in the hall, all day and night, cleaning rooms on my floor. Room service trays would stay outside rooms on the floor for hours before being collected. The hallways were never vacuumed in the entire 4 days of my trip. The scenery looking out to the ocean was marred by renovations to the sidewalk at the edge of the property.

We thought the renovations had been done beautifully. Everything was new and modern. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with our breakfast and after speaking to booking.com it was all taken care of which we are very grateful for. We had a great time. Kids loved the kiddie pool and the whole family had fun at the beach each day.

It was a shame there had been the typhoon and caused a need for the walls up between the property and beach but absolutely not their fault and unavoidable. We did think USD$60 for a 7min car ride from the airport was quite steep.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in and out. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Overall, I had a great experience, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. I would highly recommend and I will be staying there once I get back to Guam.

All things are clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly.

Lounge system is not kind for family use. Closing time is 7:00 pm and child is not allowed enter into the lounge at the time of cocktail time (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm). It is better for change the system, for example, alleviate the child use or reduce the fee for child.

Service upon check in, service at the lobby bar and infinity bar day of and night of 12/30/22 was awesome.

Service at the pool: Noone was at the towel issue at entrance. Tried to call get their attention but wasn't able. Not very attentive and friendly. Morning of 12/31/22 Infinity pool wanted to grab a sandwich and cool drink but waited to long so we left. Service in this area could be better. Wish I was offered a little local discount for room. Rate of $480. Was little to much for the size of the room. I will definitely return with my family and friends if rate is good and upon opening of the other pool.

The hotel is near everything. It is very clean and comfortable. We got a room facing the ocean and it was so nice. The parking lot is big. We are looking forward to go again.

Renewered Room and All interior are very good condition. All staffs are kinds and professional. Infinity pool also is not big but You can feel cozy and charming. All Food served Infinity bar is High Quality. I promise you that this Hotel is the best choice in Guam.

Searching menu in room for room service is So difficult . I hope It would be going better. there is less restaurant than other hotel like PIC
