Staff was Amazing! Made some great friends! Rooms were tidy and I loved my view from the third floor. Pool is a wonderful area to hang out at especially with kids so they can see planes come and go. Stayed there for 10 days and it’s so conveniently close to Payless,Subway, KFC, McD’s and gas stations! Laundry room is easy accesible to the guests. The drinks and snacks at the front desk were a godsend for late night snack cravings. I will be sure to come back again!!!

Staff is great, very friendly and polite. Hands up to the few of them I've encountered, MS. SHERRY, MS. AIDA, MR. JAKIN, MR. JOEY, MS. MICHELLE and one young female who I don't recall her name- you guys are all Awesome! The Continental Breakfast is great, awesome if lunch or dinner could be included. Sales of goods, drinks and snacks is good. Prices are reasonable.

Elavator not operable, Lack of cable, phone lines static or not able to hear, pool is not usable, room or suites with kitchen and living room not available, out of order.

The room and bed are just perfect for me. Always clean and comfortable.

the Continental breakfast could use some help, the fruit was good but there was not much of a selection for the other foods offered.

There was no hot water for the shower in room (313). It seems the hot water heater is connected to sink only? The bed was way too soft for my sleeping comfort. Fridge and microwave need to be raised location. Older folks like myself should not have to get on floor to use these items.

The hotel, while modest in size, is clean and has complete facilities. Best part is that it is Filipino owned so all the staff were so warm and kind. I have to mention Kuya Angelo who was my driver from the time I arrived to my return to the airport. I encountered a bit of a problem regarding my flight and he, with the girl at the reception, helped me researched for numbers to call, asked other people for help and were just so eager to assist me. Kuya Angelo also offered to take me to the airline office ahead of time and even let me used his phone to make calls. He was just so genuinely nice. Kudos to the staff of Surestay! These people make the guests' stay a lot memorable. Will surely book again for a longer stay.

the room was so clean and neat. nice and friendly workers. prompt services when in need.

the aircon...i had to call the front desk for assistance. the elevator was very slow, sometimes shaky...makes me feel uncomfortable.

The room i was in was pleasant. AC was superb! Slept like a baby!! Wifi was great! Bed is comfortable. Hot water was awesome! All in all I had a great stay! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

Rooftop Pool is not available. Actually a lot of things due to the pandemic. But that's ok since its raining for the duration of my stay anyway.. AC remote was broken at first but receptionist gave me a working remote. Some of the furniture needs work or better yet replacement but its doable.

Maam at the reception whom I forgot the name was the kindest and most accomodating person Ive met. Other staff are accommodating too. I would definitely come back. 👍👍
