We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.

The property is away from the main strip but not too far making it hard to reach. The food is probably better than most hotels on. Pool was beautiful our view even better. Friendly staff, and a gorgeous ballroom ocean view rooms is definitely worth it.

Room quality wasn’t there. We were placed in our first room that would not cool, and mini fridge started to leak. They corrected it and provided us a room on the top floor. They do need to do maintenance and some more attention to their tubs. Ours would not drain quickly.

We stayed in 3 different hotels, and yes, this one is 2times more expensive than another one, but i can feel the price difference in service. Good room. Perfect wonderful sea view. Amazing food. Towel rent next to swimming pool. Late check out 🫶🏻 Compare to PIC more new hotel, air conditioning everywhere, more good services.

Bad coffee. Swimming pools close fast. And the price 😁 Restaurants outside 3-4min walk

STAFF WERE ALL VERY HOSPITABLE...VERY HELPFUL..I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, HOUSE KEEPING STAFF DELIVERED REAL QUICK...ENGINEERING TECH CAME IN AND ASSISTED IN GETTING OUR TV UP AND RUNNING...CHECKING OUT WAS A SMOOTH PROCESS AS WELL...SALLY ASSISTED US..ALL STAFF WERE SUPERB!!.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LOTTE GUAM..WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!..

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel front desk staff was phenomenal! They were very helpful with suggestions to local restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed the guidance and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. The beach was super accessible and was close to lots of great restaurants.

Overall, property was clean and well-maintained.

Staff was NOT helpful through check-in and check-out process. We had to get the rolling carts ourselves and roll our luggages to and from our rooms. Also, there was a strong language barrier as most of the front desk attendants were difficult to understand.

The restaurant had great entertainment and food. Hotel bathroom was huge.

No locks on the bathroom door. Block off the toilet area from the shower.

All of the rooms in the tower wing is in front of the beach so the view from the room is very nice.

The rooms are so old even tower wing, especially bathroom. It was sometimes difficult to flash. And the room was not clean every day, even changing towels .

Pool , my kids loved the pool

Parking space , it rained hard and it was frustrating to walk across for parking
