The staff (reception, concierge, shuttle bus) were courteous, approachable, and helpful. It was an ideal place for us to stay after a long-haul flight, with smart, peaceful, and scenic surroundings. We were pleased with our room (a sea view suite), which had everything that we needed, was spacious for our family, clean, and comfortable. There are good transportation options to and from the hotel (e.g. we took shuttle service, bus and taxi). Tsuen Wan centre is within easy reach for local food, shopping, and connections to other routes throughout Hong Kong!

Complimentary water and coffee sachets are available, along with replenished shampoo, shower gel, and a fresh set of toothbrushes and toothpaste. Mattresses are changed every three days, which seems sustainable, although my sister mentioned potential bed bugs—an issue I haven't experienced personally as I'm comfortable with my bed. Having stayed in various hotels, I'm confident in recognizing such concerns. The phone in the Family Seaview Room works, though reaching room service or the front desk can be challenging due to the high number of tourists. There's no nearby convenience store, so we made sure to purchase necessities while touring the city for meals, snacks, and breakfast items. Regarding the location, it's distant from the city but close to the airport and HK Disneyland. We opted for the Mickey-themed train from Sunny Bay to the park, but public transportation like buses, with the nearest bus station a short walk away, is also available. We took the 234B bus to Tsuen Wan for a more economical option. 234B - going to and fro Tsuen Wan station and Yau Kom Tau (nearest bus station from the hotel) The room space is enormous, living up to other reviews, and the Family Seaview Room can easily accommodate six people due to its spacious layout. We noticed a few woodworms under the bed closet, so caution is advised when hanging clothes there. They provided an ample number of clothes hangers, which was helpful. The room tends to get quite cold. AC is legit. TV has HBO! So we can still watch Western films (the ones we can understand, sorry!) As you're likely aware, there's no bidet available. However, the shower area is equipped with a reliable heater, providing genuinely hot water. While certain rooms feature bathtubs, the Family room, unfortunately, does not. On a lighter note, the layout allows for two people to use the facilities simultaneously—one showering while the other does number two. Just kidding!
The breakfast buffet offers a limited selection. While some staff members are friendly and approachable, there are others you might prefer to avoid. We observed a few instances of woodworms in our room. The schedule for complimentary shuttle buses is limited, and there are only a few drop-off options available. If you're departing/arriving from HKIA, consider taking the A38 bus, which will conveniently drop you off at Yau Kom Tau. It's advisable to check the bus schedules in advance before heading to the bus stations. Feel free to email the hotel if you require more information.

Overall, it is nice hotel with excellent staff and the location is very nice. We requested room with sea view and it really nice .
upon check in, we request for iron and iron board but we didnt receive it until we check out. We also find out the bedsheet never replace by the hotel for 5 days since we stay there for 5 days. eventhough it stated in the room that they will replace the bedsheet evert 3 days. the room service just clean the toielts, dustbin. It would be better if the management could monitor the room service provided by the hotel to the customer.

The location is some distance from the main travel network of the city and customers rely on hotel's only one shuttle bus to connect with the other part of the city. Customers very often are unable to take the service of shuttle bus as it would be full most of time at busy hours.
If the hotel could provide one additional shuttle bus to serve customers.

I booked for 3 Beds Family Seaview Suite for me and my kids and the size of the room was big compared to the other hotels in HK that we have been to. Fresh towels were issued and garbage was collected when we got back from our first day out. The self service laundry & view was a plus, very calming.
Bathtub was out dated. There was a used sock under the sofa and the carpet is a bit dirty.

The sea view's really nice! And location's great if your primary places to visit would be Disneyland and the Lantau Island. The staff are really nice and would respond immediately to requests!
Cleaning of the room. They couldn't get the stickiness of the floor no matter how many times they've cleaned it (the floor felt that way since we arrived).

Location by the bay, provided scenic views of the bay, glistening lights of surrounding tall buildings and a tranquil area for jogging. Airport bus (A38) leaves hourly, a few minutes walk away.. making it very accessible. Wish the property had provided this detail earlier, the various changes and taxis taken, would have been avoided. Property provides a shuttle to the nearest station..tsuen wan and tsuen wan west. Beautiful frescos, lights , Chinese doll seats, dainty garden ornaments made for several photo opportunities
Local public transport appears to be limited.

Wonderful views along the water and ting Kau bridge Spacious room Staff were pleasant and helpful whenever I had questions or needed anything
Rooms smelt of smoke when we arrived and after it was cleaned. Cigarette butt's were found under the beds. ( none of us smoke) Was told that the swimming pool was available by the staff but there was a sign saying it wasn't which was confusing It's far out from central gong Kong . There is a hotel shuttle bus that runs every half an hour to the Tsuen Wan station however it does stop at 7pm.. You can take the public bus 234b which runs til 11pm. From Tsuen Wan station it's about 22 minutes to get to Mongkok etc.

The room size, the sea view, the spacious lobby and restaurant, the outside space. The location is fine for me but older people who have difficulty walking may find it a bit inconvenient. The staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly, polite and helpful.
I wish the shuttle bus were more frequent and available late in the evening. I miss the old name, especially the Chinese one. It sounded so classy and special. I have to give almost every taxi driver the old name as none of them seems to know the current one. I like the restaurant. It is very spacious and comfortable but I am afraid the food is a bit disappointing.
