I had the pleasure of staying at A13 Botique Appartment during my recent trip to Budapest. From the moment I arrived, Eyal was welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and recommend the best ways to explore the city, making sure I didn’t miss any hidden gems. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a comfy bed. The location was perfect—centrally located, allowing me to easily explore all the major attractions. Public transport was also conveniently close, making getting around the city hassle-free. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Budapest. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!h

Pleasantly surprised that the location (District VII) was actually very near to the famous Ruins Bar (and also the Food Carnival). There are so many nearby good places to eat (Korean, classical Italian, 6 Gyros shop and even reasonably priced local goulash). The world known New York Cafe is within 5min walk. About 25min walk to the Central Market. It is just a bit further to Danube River. The host is also good in providing some sightseeing and places to eat (though if sent 1 day earlier would even be better).

Everything was there, though I felt the video showing how to enter the apartment can be filmed in a more upbeat way (worthy of TikTok). Also how to retrieve the keycard was not very clear to me, coming from a country without such device (the self locking mechanism box). The apartment comes complete, though I found a few things I would have wanted but eventually all fixed. Just message the host and response was quick. Anyway, I would come back again in future.

Lovely 1 bedroomed apartment with separate kitchen/diner and bathroom in an internal private courtyard block with a lift in the Jewish quarter An added bonus of a washing machine for traveler's moving around There are lots of multi.national eateries and local bars within walking distance and the metro was a 5 minute walk away The hostess was readily available and responded to questions instantly.Access to the apartment was clear with a video and photos . She provided lots of information regarding what to see and do to maximize our time in Budapest .She requested feedback and asked for constructive criticism to enable her guests to have the best Budapest experience I would recommend and stay again if ever in Budapest

I love everything about the place. It was a perfect place for us. The location was perfect. You can just almost walk to every popular tourist spots in Budapest. The host was super responsive and was always available when you have questions. The apartment was super clean and the ambiance was very cozy. You have everything you need. You can cook if you want. I was travelling with my family and they love it. Kodus to the team for a job well done. You can just go out from the apartment building when you are hungry and choose different cuisines/restaurants which was just located outside the building. Everything was walking distance from the place- to the groceries, tourist spots,restaurant and shopping centers. There is no problem with public transportation either. You can take buses or train/tram. They are just located around the corner. All in all we were happy with our stay. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay more days so we can explore Budapest more.

Had a great time in the property. Very neat and fantastic facilities provided there. Owner is very friendly and responded quickly. No contact entry to property and everything is within reach. Owner gives good suggestions on where to have fun and you can always ask him for suggestions. Very friendly and communicates well. I recommend this property for anyone willing to explore Budapest. He has a number of them available so be sure to select what works for you. Helped to keep my luggage after checking out so I can have more fun while waiting for flight time. I recommend without reservations!

The location of the apartment is very well located, close to all transport hubs: metro, trams, buses. Nearby party places, some ruin bars, to the sights you have to walk a little, but not far. Currency exchange and convenience stores further down the street. The owner is friendly, we never saw him but he was very helpful, sent all instructions on whatsapp with a detailed video on how to check in and get keys. He also recommended us some places in Budapest to eat, we used one of them and didn't regret it. The host responded quickly to our requests. The apartment is wide in a beautiful "well house". The place is quiet, the windows faced the inner courtyard. All amenities: free wi-fi, TV, iron, microwave, hairdryer, kitchen, kettle. We had a great mini vacation, thank you!

There was a miss of some sort of towel or mat in the bathroom, the floors there are quite cold. Otherwise everything is great.

This little apartment was perfect for my sister and I during our stay in Budapest! We had never stayed in an apartment before while travelling, so this was definitely new territory. However, Eyal was incredibly helpful - sent a video of exactly how to get into the property, communication was quick and efficient, and also very kind. Eyal was able to answer the silliest of my questions, like how to use the cooker, etc. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and had no problems getting in. The place is exactly what it says on the tin! Location wise, this property was spot on! As my sister and I are interrailling, we were only a quick 20-minute walk away from not one but two of the main stations in Budapest. Again, this is only a quick 20-30 min walk from most touristy places. Eyal was able to give us plenty of recommendations, too! As a first-time stay in an apartment, Eyal made this plain sailing for us. A wonderful experience.

The accommodation corresponds to the pictures, it was nicely furnished and above all clean. The kitchen contained basic equipment for small cooking or preparing breakfast or dinner. The location is close to the center, all sights quite within walking distance. There is also a bus, tram and metro stop nearby. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and bistros nearby. The host is extremely welcoming, friendly, replies immediately. He is responsible, happy to pass on lots of tips on what to see and where to go. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you again, it was great to be a guest especially because of how friendly and responsible you treat your guests. 🫶

Great location, everything in walking distance. The building looks a bit run-down in the hallway, but the apartment was perfectly new and clean. The Whatsapp communication with the owner was trouble-free and superquick. He gave loads of tips and advice. The checkin was easy. We got a video in advance on how to open the door and the key lock. Perfect!

Hooks for towels etc. in the bathroom would be nice. We didn't manage to get the heating device working. An instruction for it in the room would be perfect. The aircon can be used for heating, but that's probably not how it's meant to be. We had to send an ID scan before checkin via email. It's the law in Hungary to register all guests; but I still would have preferred to not being obliged to send my ID via an unencrypted way to some Gmail account.

Eyal was a great host, very attentive and helpful providing us with all check in details via WhatsApp and always on hand for any issues, even going as far as arranging transport for us which we appreciated. The apartment is located well to get around Budapest, wonderful cafes and bars nearby and only a few minute walk from the local supermarket and great transport links. Both aircon and heating inside the apartment which was wonderful. Upon arrival everything was clean and modern, the apartment suited us well for our short break.

A few things let the property down. Some things were broken (skirting on the breakfast bar and mirror had panel missing.) The TV also only had one channel which played Hungarian movie trailers. Also the mattress is very uncomfortable. However overall I still feel the property is great value for what you pay.
