I liked the overall feeling and design. Rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable to stay in. Location was great especially if you want to visit Advent market and city center these days. I liked the spa and pool option a lot.

We stayed for the weekend plus Monday. It was never mentioned anything about Monday and Tuesday being clean up days which meant pool and spa couldn't be used. Also gym was unavailable at that time, too. I think it should be clearly stated before you plan your trip at the hotel.

They wanted to charge me 50 euro for breakfast and would not let me eat for 1 day only ,had to be everyday of your stay ,ridiculous ,lovely cafe up the road ,went there the london works

Staff extremely stern and rude and unhelpful ,with the exception of the concierge !! Staff in the wellness centre looked at myself and my partner like they had just stepped in us !!!!! So rude !!!! There favourite word is NO ,ruined our stay ,staff need to be told its not illegal to smile

Location is great, very close to public transportation, to cafes and restaurants. The room size is very good, breakfast is good for value, heating was ok for us, many places to put luggages and hang our clothes. There were enough bathroom amenities for everyone. They have also provided sleepers.

Compared to the size of the bathroom the shower was very small and the door was not closing exactly, thus water was leaking on the bathroom floor, that made the floor slippery. The gym is very nice, location of the wellness is perfect, hence both gym and wellness center are opening at 9 am. Considering that visitors are either spending the day exploring the beautiful city or attending meetings this opening time is late. I usually prefer to go to the gym early in the morning before breakfast, but that was not possible.

The large entrance was very welcoming and this, or the bar above, was a nice place. The rooms were nice and clean. We had 4 rooms booked in our group and they had located them all within good distance of each other. Lots of staff around generally who were very helpful. The breakfasts were also great, definitely worth including in a booking - with a large selection to choose from. We were leaving for our flight at 2am on the last day, so the hotel packed our group (7 people) each individual breakfast bags which was a nice touch and a welcome mix of items. We were all happy and would stay here again if returning to Budapest.

Whilst not far from the busier main road, it would be a bit of a dark or quiet street to return to if travelling alone. As a group, this wasn’t so much of an issue. It felt like quite an arty area overall and we quite liked this. We also did a street art tour in the vicinity and found a number nice bars/restaurants near the hotel.

Very open and polite personal, good design, clean rooms, available parking, nice breakfasts in few areas, because of that wasn't lines in the restaurants

Low quality of massage - in rubber cold gloves, small internal SPA zone with non-tight saunas.

The hotel was luxurious. My room was upgraded to an executive suite and I LOVED it!!! The staff were amazing!! I had to purchase a razor to shave my leg and asked reception where to get razors. He directed me to a little store that had everything I needed! The location is right in the middle of the city so everything was within walking distance. I felt safe walking the streets even late at night. The food!! I can’t tell you how many times I ordered their chicken Caesar salad! So good! Complementary breakfast was unbelievable!! There was so much food!!! My omelette was cooked to perfection!! Fresh baked breads! Everything was perfect!! Even their key cards, made from wood to be environmentally friendly! I truly enjoyed my stay!

The bathroom was GORGEOUS! But, after taking a short shower, I stepped out not realizing that there was water from the shower. I slipped and hit my head on the edge of the bathtub. I’m just happy I wasn’t seriously hurt. The water flows under the shower door and makes the whole area wet. The floor is tiled so it becomes extremely slippery when wet. I had two towels later on on the floor and still slipped.

Beautiful hotel, rooftop pool was lovely. Breakfast was amazing, such a huge variety and really fresh. Was really central location. Rooms were clean and very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. The gallery was beautiful and relaxed and an outdoor smoking area was really comfortable and pretty.

No sign outside, a beautiful entrance door but wasn’t sure until we entered if we were at the right place. Rooms got a little hot. Would not eat in the restaurant again, staff there were lovely but the unfortunately the food was not good.

Such a lovely place! Was incredibly clean, the staff are all very kind, spa and wellness entrance was included in the price for our room (standard deluxe). And they supplied towels and flippers for no charge. We asked for a room with a bathtub and there was no one available at the booking time they notified me before about it), but when I entered the room we got a bathtub just like we wanted, it was a nice surprise. Also, one day we left our room after 15:00 PM and still got room service. Really amazing, comfortable and perfect location hotel.o

Loved the pool and sauna! loved that there was a bar, loved the reasonably priced restaurant and great happy staff. Pastries and fresh bread at breakfast and large meat and cheese selection were good. Loved the melon and apple as well. Loved the nightly chocolates Loved the goodbye macaroons- very nice touch Loved that there were no kids.

The bed linen was too small for the bed - The sheet didn’t fit under the mattress so it slid off and the duvet just touched the sides so we had to sleep squished together under it. The restaurant menu was limited. The room was tiny for the price. The hot made to order breakfast options were not good. Listed waffles but they didn’t do them, and the egg whites were not cooked and very snotty when ordering fried eggs. Scrambled eggs were not good either part raw part over cooked. Very noisy - there is a “gentleman’s club” and the ruin bars very close and there was some loud late night noise from drunk people that woke me up even though I take sleeping pills.

I loved every part of my stay at Continental hotel , easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at especially for the price. Firstly the hotel is beautiful from the outside and inside. The lobby is spacious and well designed and feels luxurious. The staff are helpful, friendly and professional. The room is beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was the highlight for me- excellent wife selection which they change up daily. And the food tasted amazing. There was an egg station too if you wanted something more personalized. The staff were quick to replace food as well. The facilities here were also great. The indoor swimming pool was warm and clean, and not too busy. The saunas were good too. The location was great, especially if you are into bars and restaurants. I stayed at this hotel, and the sister hotel Prestige. And I would say this was the better hotel despite being cheaper.
