Wonderful apartments close to the city center. everything is very clean! Everything is new and good. the kitchen had all the necessary items. Bed linen is perfectly clean. According to the reviews below, they wrote that it was difficult to register and receive a key - everything was very clear, fast and convenient for us. You get the key below, in front of the entrance in the cell (after sending your passport, they send you a code, you enter it, pull the cell towards you and pick up the keys). It is convenient when you arrive very late and you can pick up the keys when it is convenient. Upset only check-out at 10:00. And they came and opened the apartment with their key at 9:55, while we were standing in the corridor. The keys must be left on the table from the apartment and parking. Therefore, you first need to go down to the parking lot, drive out, go back and leave the keys in the apartment. and all this had to be done before 9:55. This made me very upset and angry. Underground parking is convenient, 10€ per night.

Check out at 10:00 is early enough.

Central location. Walking distance to most of the important locations. Easy access via tap and go card. Spacious accommodation with adequate facilities. Overall very happy with the apartment and location.

Coffee pods were given as ration where you have to provide the used pods to the reception. I prefer if they provide adequate coffee pods worth for 2-3 days.

We stayed for 7 nights in 303, a superior studio with a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable and looked like it had been recently refurbished, with everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Good wifi too. The cleaners came every couple of days. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere - 10 mins to the Opera House, and 25 minutes to the Danube and Parliament. Also just a few minutes walk to eateries and shops. I don't understand the comments about no staff/reception and the online check-in procedure - this wasn't a problem to us. People clearly don't read the information before they book...... Highly recommended!!

Only 2 picky points which didn't affect our stay or alter my positive comments. Could have done with an extra towel as only 3 towels provided (although probably another would have been provided had I asked). The app for the room key could only be downloaded on one phone so had to make sure that I always had enough charge on my phone. Would have been better for us both to have the app.

The location was amazing. Very central to everything we had planned (which was everything you could possibly want to do). The ruins bars are on the street at the back, so great if you are intending on visiting here, and if you like to dance, there is a great club within 10 mins of the apartment also. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I think it is good to mention that the shower had great water pressure as this can sometimes not be great on holidays. Good lighting in the bathroom and apartment. We did not pay for the breakfast and were happy with this as there is lots of great breakfast spots nearby (less the price). If you do book this apartment there is a place called vinyl and wood on the corner of the street over the other side that does great coffee and food.

My only complaint would be that we were advised there would be housekeeping on day 3 and day 5. We were asked by customer service via WhatsApp preferred time of this, however this did not happen. Thankfully, when I arrived, I asked for extra towels, and this was provided within 20 minutes, despite this being a self-service apartment and customer service via WhatsApp, I was very responsive to this request.

Apartment was clean and on good location near centre. Had everything we needed. The check in was nicely guided and simple.

Apartment doesn't have any indoor locks which was a little annoying, because you don't feel safe at night. Also the only way to get into an apartment is via application, so if the battery on your phone goes out, I don't know how one would get in the apartment. They should provide at least one physical key/card in check in box. For people who are used to online check ins the process is understandable, but I can't imagine someone who already books an apartment and is not used to online checkins, how they would manage it. But overall experience was great for us.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in Budapest for 7 days during the Sziget Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience! The location is fantastic, in the center, near all the great bars and restaurants that make Budapest so vibrant. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and spacious. We appreciated the well-thought-out layout, with a separate bathroom and toilet, which adds an extra level of convenience. The amenities are top-notch, including a washing machine, dishwasher, full oven, and a good fridge with a freezer. The coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch that made our mornings even better. The living room is cozy, and the sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable—better than some actual beds we've slept on! The balcony, though a bit hot in the summer, offers a lovely view of the inner yard and greenery. It's a peaceful spot to relax, especially in the morning or late evening. Additional plus is the cleaning service on the 3rd and 5th day. It was thorough and kept the apartment in perfect condition throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and we would definitely choose this apartment again for our next trip to Budapest!

One minor downside is that the kitchen is minimalistically equipped. While it covers the basics, it would benefit from having more cutlery, dishes, and useful tools. However, it didn’t detract from our overall experience.

This was my second stay at these apartments, and the check-in process has become significantly easier. It's convenient not having to carry a key around, though it’s important to keep your phone charged. The apartments are quite cozy. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a solid budget accommodation option.

However, it's a bit disappointing that they provide only one tea bag even if there are two guests. Hygiene amenities are minimal, but we had brought our own. The walls are a bit scuffed.

I liked the central location and the modern, practical design of the space. Our apartment was very light and the balcony comfy and big. Good storage, and the kitchen was well equipped. A full-size bath too!

I did not like the lack of staff on site nor lack of luggage holding space. I expected a flat facing the courtyard but it faced the street, info on this should be more specific for each room. The street view was ok as we were on the top floor but sadly some groups of shouting people disturbed our night. Also some noisy generator or other machine ran most of the time. I wore socks and they got quite dirty from the floors. It would have been nice to have kitchen basics like salt, and more coffee capsules.

It is a place you can feel safe and comfortable. In the center o Boudapest, marketplace, public transportation and places to visit are on 15 min walk max. Very clean and warm, easy access for the kids stroller. Common areas were well lid, clean and spacious.

You can't communicate without watchup, I had to download it. Also, the key for the apartment was digital in another app i had to download. If you loose your smartphone or switch off of battery or loose it, you can't communicate or get in! Also, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Property was fantastic. Very spacious and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Location very central, we walked most places. In terms of the actual property I can’t fault it at all. Excellent spot!

There was no people at the property everything is done via an app, we had an early flight so we arrived at the property at 11am, we requested if we could get into the property some time before the scheduled check in time of 3pm but this was not an option, there was no where to store luggage at the property either so as we were travelling with a 6month old it meant we just had to sit about for 4 hours until we could get in as there was too much luggage to carry about.
