Centrally located, 24 hr reception, friendly staff, clean, bright & roomy two bedroom apartment. Safe area beside the Jewish Quarter, plenty of shops, bars & restaurants, well priced if using Hungarian money. Euro exchange quite high in some local restaurants, look out for that. Apartments had everything, working washing machine, clothes airer, microwave, coffee machine & kettle etc. Fresh bakery beside apartments and great pizza shop.

We were here Easter, stayed three nights. Two of those nights we had difficulty sleeping. First night a party at 3am above us and later in the vacation a party in the apartment next door. We didn't complain, we used the extractor fans in the bathrooms as white noise. I wouldn't stay here with a family in the summer, due to the layout of the apartments, too noisy. But, this is only our opinion as a family, you could get the same disturbance anywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Location is smack-bang central. Very neat and modern apartment, managed professionally. Very courteous and efficient reception clerk. Lift.

Parking is £ 30 per day! We put free parking as a filter, but this came up in the results, quite misleading. We parked off-road and had to wake up and pay in the meter in the morning. The AC made a fairly loud noise because the fan had something caught in it. The power went out twice when the guy tried to sort this out! Water pressure in the shower has been limited on purpose, because it was fine in the sinks, etc. Hot water was just adequate, not the best.

Great apt, clean, spacious, simple, modern decor and excellent location in the city. Shower was awesome!

Only one thing. I asked for an extra pillow as the ones there were small and very soft but the residence wanted to charge me extra for the request. I feel this was really poor customer service given what I had already paid to stay there. It did not spoil my stay but I felt this was a lack of consideration by K46.

Clean spacious room, has everything you may need, comfortable beds, good aircon, balcony with seats, washing machine, excellent location

Extra payments everywhere - deposit €50, €25 early check-in (before 15:00), €25 fee if you're one minute late for checkout (after 10:00), €200 fine for lost key, mad! Can easily go bankrupt during your holiday or stay nervous at all times. Also shower doesn't have an inner door and water goes all around the bathroom.

Good location, rooms are nice. There is a public parking in near by streets and in front of the hotel which is free on the weekends.

There is no info that private parking (garage) is 30€ per day on the booking page, we got that information before arrival when we asked for the parking slot.

Reception tried to sell us turistic bus Hop on Hop off tickets double amount of the official price! Check in from 14.00 check out untill 10 o'clock next day - less than 24h if you want to stay longer (let's say untill 14.00 ) you must pay 👎

The apartment was very central and good for connections. Deak bus terminal (10 mins at the end of the road) directly links the airport by route 100E and cost roughly £5.50 each one way. The metro 1 link was also within a 5 minute walk. It was close to many bars and a shopping district as well as the River and the Budapest Wheel. The apartment was clean and quiet.

The shower seemed to cause a lot of mess in the wet room style bathroom - a lot of water spread whilst in the shower and pooled which was difficult to get rid of. The radiator/towel rail in the shower also dripped with condensation. The bed was okay for a couple of days but not the comfiest and only one pillow was provided. The safe also did not work.

Loved the location and the rooms were really fresh and new with everything we needed! They are spacious and clean with new appliances, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooktop. Perfect for groups or families looking to have kitchen facilities and space for dining or socialising as well as sleeping. Great balcony area too for sitting in the sun and watching the action on the street.

The €50 CASH deposit that is required on arrival as security for the keys / apartment condition etc. is a bit strange. This should be able to be paid by card so guests who have just arrived after long travel can relax without needing to find and ATM. We weren't aware there was going to be an air conditioning maintenance person in our room during the day, so got a bit of a surprise when we got home to find someone there. Guests should be notified of people coming to their room (other than cleaning staff).

The rooms were great, spacious and well equipped.

The reception was troubling our otherwhise flawless stay. First, you are charged additional fees if you want to check in early, which was ok first. Checking in, they asked for cash deposit and did not want to take a credit card. Later, checking out we only could leave our bags until 3pm, so we had to carry around our luggage until our flight left in the evening. Also checking out, the receptionist was not professional, and suspicious of us of getting back all the deposit in cash. I then had to sign a free style contract to state that i got back the money. This service is definitely not up to the level of the stay.

Good price for Budapest.

More towels would be better. Bulbs missing from bedside lamps. Only Hungarian TV channels,cnn news only . No AC ,switched from main source ,when I asked when they would switch on I was told untruths,as an ac engineer waiting two days for pipes to cool is total nonsense . We only just checked in when asked what time we are leaving . Not a great welcome at all from blonde girl at reception. Noise on balconies after midnight. Someplace to buy coffee onsite would be good .
