This apartment is located in the heart of Budapest. It's newly renovated, and there are clear instructions on how to check in. Overall, it could be a good place to stay if not for one important issue, which I will share below.

The room description provided information that there would be air conditioning, but nobody mentioned that it would be broken. It was 37°C outside, and air conditioning was a must. I contacted the host, and they promised to fix the issue the next day at 9 am. We stayed in the room until 10:30 am, but the technician didn't come. Sadly, this ruined our stay in Budapest. They have several rooms in this building, and the cleaning personnel were surely aware that the AC system was broken, but they just didn't care.

The apartment was good, spacious, and clean. It needs some renovation and attention, but for one or two nights, it is okay. The location is great, and the parking is a bonus.

No towels, which wasn't a big problem for us but might pose some unpleasant challenges for some.

I would like to say this apartment having all the facilities. The kitched having all the accessories including kettle, spoons, cups, glass etc. The cooking was very easy here as I found all the cooking stuffs inside the drawers. The cleaning was top class and balcony was awesome. This place was very quire and supermarket and bust stops are within 100 meters. The apartment is spacious and the bathroom was also very comfortable and clean. Accessing the room are very easy by using app. The app will works as your chip card. Once I setup it was working till the checkout. Instruction provided by host are simple to understand and very clear.

Lovely light, spacious apartment on 6th floor with excellent large balcony area. Very good central location, easy to reach and lots of amenities in the neighbourhood. Online check in and app for door key worked fine, though if your phone battery dies, you are effectively locked out as there’s no physical key or card which some people might not feel comfortable with.

The kitchen area was clean, modern and well-appointed, but there was a lack of essentials needed to make use of it - no coffee maker of any kind, few utensils, no oven glove for hot items or even a kitchen towel for drying up. There was a dishwasher, but no tablets - one or two would have been useful as I didn’t want to buy a box for a short stay. A few store cupboard essentials e.g salt, pepper, teabags etc would be nice, as is common in many apartments. Some maintenance is needed - a couple of obvious damp walls with flaking paint, though this wasn’t much of an issue for me.

Location is perfect. Short walk to Metro, not that you need it. I walked the entire city from the accomodation quite easily. Value is very good. Enjoyed the balcony, bed was comfortable and mobile door key was easy to use.

Hard to accomodate this better but every night there were other guests screaming and shouting at 2am. A chair also broke when I sat on it (I am 82kg...) and left a large bruise on my arm. The furniture has not been glued together and can / will happen again. The showerhead can only be pointed at the entrance to the shower, so it is quite hard to not have water go all through the bathroom. It should quite obviously be placed on the other side of the shower...

A very nice apartment in a perfect location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the mini kitchen contains everything that is needed for a short stay (or even for a longer one). Gozsdu, and Deak Ferenc square are just in few meters, and there are also many shops around. Would like to highlight the strong air conditioner and the super noiseless windows. Strongly recommended for a nice weekend in the city. Top advantage - an underground garage in-house.

The Check-in procedure - was like a quest game, I've received in total 15 emails from the office (!) within a few hours. First I had to drive to one office, confirm my bank card, then drive to another, find the keys, the RK from the garage.... With the regular Budapests traffic the quest game was more interesting. But the positive moments are worth it.

A nice apartment not far from the Opera. Metro, bus stop is close buy, some small supermarkets and a lot of bars and restaurants also in a walking proximity. Very helpful staff (need to call them since there is no reception). The apartment was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Instructions on finding the apartment and getting in were clear specific and with photos)

Just a suggestion: a complimentary water. There was none and we arrived late with kids, few bottles would be nice. There were some spots on the ceiling (seems to be from water coming from the roof or smth). Not a big deal, sure it will be dealt with.

If you are looking for a place in walking distance to everything, Vagabond Broadway is the best place to stay!! Very clean and very well heating apartment, easy to reach it by all transport means, kitchen has everything you want to prepare a quick meal, next to 2 or 3 super markets and a lot of restaurants, bakerys, theaters and bars!! It has a great balcony, it was quiet and safe, close to Budapest's night life and sightseeing!! Recommended undoubtedly!!

We liked everything!! Especially the check-in. You have to download an application in order to check-in and to enter the apartment!! An advice, ask for another code as well!! Finally, thank you for booking us a taxi transfer to the airport at last time!!!

I like the room. Its very clean. Beautiful and comfortable mattress. Good airconditioning and good stuffs in the kitchenwares. And hpoing next time, there's a fishwashing liquid for the dishes and a free shampoo and soap in the bathroom. And make sure that ther's a lot of tissues for the toilet.

If you want to satisfy your clients, make sure to get in touch always.and always remember that if they stay overnight, television is the best theraphy for them. So make sure always that the remote is always working well as well as tge tv. And one thing i suggest is put some instruction on how to use those remotes who's very modern and not an ordinary one.
