The hotel is conveniently located between Opera metro station and Nyugati pu station. The room was clean and fully equipped. Quiet at night. WiFi was good. Please be aware of that some electronic devices which are brought from abroad may not be able to connect to the internet. I arrived early, and the hotel tried to let me check in early, which exceeded my expectations.

Having no tea / coffee making in room. Buffet breakfast which we tried once didn't have enough cooked food options compared to other hotels I've stayed around this price bracket.

We had a very pleasant stay here with our chow chow dog. The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s underground parking if you’re traveling by car. We were also offered complimentary breakfast due to waiting a bit longer to be checked in, which was very nice of them and much appreciated. Also, pet friendly - a big plus for us.

The walls seem to be extremely thin as we could hear the people in the room next to us talking and laughing very clearly. Not a big deal, but something to consider if you prefer more intimacy.

The hotel was on a side street, close to the main thoroughfares, so quiet but still within easy walking distance of the metro and other transport. It's about 15 minutes walk from where the square where the 100E airport bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. We booked room only, so can't comment on breakfast. The hotel shares overnight reception with the hotel next door so if you arrive later as we did, you need to go there to check in. While we stayed I had need to of emergency medical care and I have to give a special mention of the overnight receptionist Arman, who took really good care of us. He made sure we got an ambulance, supported my husband while I was being attended to and arranged for our room to be extended until we knew what was happening as it was on the final day of our stay. When we returned to the hotel, the lady on reception that day (sorry, I didn't catch your name) was also great in arranging a fresh room for us for an extra night. Happy to say I have now recovered, and we hope to visit again. Thanks again Arman. We really appreciated your help at a scary time.

The only thing missing for us were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and maybe a few extra coat hangers.

The hotel is very close to half of the important monuments, within walking distance. The rest half is on the other side of the river, but there is public transportation just near the hotel. the room is nice and in very good size, the bed is very comfortable. Free water and soft drinks in the fridge. Paid public parking is available down to the hotel, costs 16 euros and the lift takes you to the hotel.

In the photos, the room we booked has a small veranda, the room we got is just with a window. On arrival, the receptionist kept us for almost half an hour to waiting to registration us, and didn`t explain the details about the parking, so by mistake, we got the lift to the nearby hotel, which also uses the same parking.

Hotel location is great as it's fairly central but far enough away from noise or busy areas. Walking distance within most attractions and stones throw from Metro. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was powerful and hot water worked every time. Didn't have breakfast but the complimentary minibar was a lovely touch for the one beer and few soft drinks needed in a pinch!

Wasn't an issue for us, but there were no tea/coffee making facilities so if you fancy a brew in the morning get yourselves up and out the door.

Very helpful staff, we got there very early in the morning and was able to check in and leave our bags until we could get into the room at 3pm. Gave us a map and instructions on how to get to where we were going. We were only here one night but the room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel only a 10 minute walk to St Stephens Square. Again helpful staff on check out asking if we needed assistance to get to the airport.

Not a negative but would have liked tea facilities in room but free drinks in the fridge so I'm not complaining 😄

Staff on the desk really helpful if you need anything, drinks in the fridge in the room are free which is a first for a hotel and amazing, check in very quick and easy, cleaners very good job every day, clean hotel and nice rooms for the price would say very cheap for the hotel.

Not much that isn’t good the other only thing id say that isn’t ideal for some js the location not much to do around the hotel, good for breakfast around here but as long as your okay with a 5 minute walk to the metro everywhere is a metro stop away.

Amazing price and location, made most parts of the city easily accessible on foot and right near some great sites! Facilities were clean and well kept, 24hr helpful staff which meant even with a late arrival there were no issues! Nothing really springs to mind, we only used the room to sleep in basically so did not try out many of the other facilities but it functioned perfectly as a base for us!

I liked almost everything - polite staff, food, location, rooms. I will definitely choose your hotel again on my next trip. Thank you very much for the service and good luck in the future!

Sometimes the cleaning of the rooms did not meet expectations - the floors in the bedroom and also in the bathroom were not wiped every day. I didn’t find disposable sachets of shampoo or toothpaste, although this is already available in everyone’s wishlist. But these unimportant details did not spoil my stay at your hotel. And in general, the staff services and food were at the highest level, for which many thanks to all the hotel staff!
