Location was great. Staff were excellent and so helpful. I had an eye infection and needed to see someone and they got all the details for me to visit a nearby hospital. Reception staff were always available for advice about using the public transport. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I loved the coffee area by the reception desk as there was a great choice of hot drinks. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of hot and cold food and alternative milks. Thank you to all the staff that made our first visit to Budapest very enjoyable.

Not having proper wardrobes in the room. We did live out of the suitcase but we didn’t mind as everything else was fantastic.

The location is good, next to metro station, 20 minutes walk to city center, in a quiet street. The parking in Europeum underground garage is excellent, very close, few minutes away and for a reasonable price (for 3 days 33€). Breakfast was very good except for coffee that was poor but in Budapest for 3 days we didnt drink good coffee. Safty box, cleaning shoe wipes and a big bottle of water in the room.

Under the bed was very dirty, no one cleaned it for very long time. The rest of the room was clean, especially the bathroom and that was great Bed mattress was old too, with a hole in the middle. We didnt like that every day they changed one set of towels and left the other one used. The second day I put all the towels on a pile and they turned back one set of dirty towels back on the hanger and changed the other set with new towels. We didnt understand that.

Loved everything about this hotel! Great room size (we had the Deluxe twin room), very kind and helpful staff, versatile breakfast, daily cleaning despite the holidays, very good location and available parking! We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

This is my go-to hotel in Budapest as I am often in town for business. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request to move to another room. The rooms facing the courtyard are nice and quiet.

This trip my wife joined me, and we were assigned a room facing the street. I have had a problem with these rooms before as there always seems to be trash pickup or deliveries very early in the morning. It will wake you up, so I do not recommend these rooms for light and/or late sleepers. We asked to be moved to a room facing the courtyard and the first response was that it wouldn't be possible. After the second morning of being woken up at the crack of dawn, I insisted they figure out a way to move us, which they did.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a perfect location, in a quiet street but very close to the nightlife area and to many public transports. The room was spacious, clean and with a big bed. On request, they provide you with memory foam or other types of pillow. Nice and modern shower.

Shower and sink are open, no door. That was no problem for us as we are a couple and we actually liked the concept, but maybe not ideal if you are planning to share the room with a friend. The breakfast offers a good variety of food but we were missing a good coffee (not the best coffee machines).

There was a great choice for breakfast, including bacon and doughnuts! It’s a big city so it takes a while to walk to the main attractions but it’s well located with many excellent bars and restaurants close by.

There was no sign system for when the room was free for cleaning or when you didn’t want to be disturbed. In addition, although the rooms were cleaned every day, it just seemed to be the bathroom and bed making, our room didn’t seem to get hoovered. Guests should be aware that the shower cubicle is in the bedroom and made of clear glass, which seems to be a common theme in Budapest hotels.

We liked everything. The location(the hotel is very near to the metro line 2 that connects to the city center and two local railway stations not to mention the lovely area nearby ), very nice and helpful staff, extremely clean room and bathroom with a very good shower, comfortable beds and so many things you cannot think of(hair band, buttons, etc.). The hotel had a very good breakfast for the price they charge. Free tea and coffee were available 24/7. Would recommend to everyone.

This hotel is in a great location that is within walking distance of lots of the Budapest sites and lots of great bars and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you could need. Every member of staff I spoke with was really friendly and helpful.

It was a little odd that the toilet was behind a door in the hotel room but the sink and shower were in the main room. I was in a room by myself so this wasn't an issue but I would not have liked this if I was sharing a room. There was a limited choice at breakfast compared with other hotels I have stayed at but I did enjoy what was available

For 50/60€ nigth this place is EXCELLENT. Super Location. Clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast included. Don't expect to arrive and find a super hotel hall, this is a 3* hotel so is not very big but rooms are renovated and big enough for 2 persons. Bathroom is also perfect and renovated. Bus stop to the airport is like 10 min walking so is perfect choice.

Be ready to find massive of rude Hungarian people around city, specially in restaurants and bars, luckily this not happened in this nice Hotel.

First of all, I have to praise the breakfast. It was exeptional for a 3 star city hotel. It had varieties of cheese, pastries and even avacado paste !!! Bed and pillows were extremely comfy, letting you to get a perfect sleep. Air conditioning was working properly. In terms of cleaning, well, the hotel is doing really great in overall. We just had a misunderstanding on the last day of our stay about changing the bed sheets and towels; however, when we called the reception the problem was solved literally in 5 min (Barbara, by any chance if you are reading this we would like to thank you so much for your efforts :) ). Last but not least, the staff was always smiling and helpful.

The hotel is located within the Jewish quarter. Actually, you have an easy access to metro, tram and bus lines (they are like 3-5 min-walk away); however, sometimes you have to use multiple wehicles in order to go to certain attraction points and if you prefer to walk, it may take some time and effort to do so. But considering the overall advantages of the hotel it is not a big deal.
