Not relevant for most but could be painfull for others. Entering and getting out of the undergroung parking can be problematic if you drive a car with low ground clearance. A sign notifying the driver about this could be usefull as otherwise you might notice this when it is to late and you are already scrubbing the underside of the car.

Beautiful and spacious room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Some malfunctions of the room utilities: the bathroom door doesn't close, the water from the bathtub doesn't drain quickly. But the next day the bathtub was repaired.

The rooms were just as pictured. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super amazing. And, as an observant Jew, the hotel did amazingly at seeing to details for a stay on shabbat (turning off the motion sensors on lights in the hallways, having physical keys, offering tape for the refrigerator light, having alternate doors for all sliding doors).

Cleanliness could have been a little better. A few of the towels were stained. As was one of the sets of slippers placed in wrapping in the room.

Clean Large Room Free Parking

They didn't provide toilet paper when i told them we were out; it was a holiday in Hungary and stores were closed so we couldn't buy any, it was not a very pleasent moment. So maybe just a little more care on details.

The room was an apartment that was so new and clean that it seemed like we were the first to use it. It was very quiet at night and we could make our room dark with shades. The kitchen had what you would need if you cooked which we did not. The location was on a narrow street close to a main street so the hotel was easily accessible without the noise of a busy street. It was close to many restaurants, museums, and other areas of interest. The breakfast bar had many choices for €15. It was an excellent spot for our first days in Budapest.

Quick check-in and check-out (having kept our luggage in safe storage until we departed to the airport in the afternoon). Very spacious studio apartment with twin beds, a table for four and a fully equipped kitchenette. Toilet separate from shower was also very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and quite varied with the possibility of special omelettes being prepared. Central location is a big plus, with bus stops just a couple of minutes away, plus metro and tram stations at about 7 minutes walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful.

Large TV but very limited choice of international channels

Free Secure Underground Parking Great Breakfast spread. Eggs made to order was a nice touch. Helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very good location in the Pest side. Close to all major attractions with supermarkets very close by.

The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Very convinient location, they let us park our car befre check in time to go explore the city staff is very nice and friendly..

All the soap holders were broken and the curtains didn't close all the way in our room, also grout in the shower could be a tad cleaner, but nothing major.

Everything was good, the rooms were lovely, quiet and well equipped (actually it was an apartament with the kichen, fridge, kettle and everything). Air conditioning was excellent although we did not use it all the time only in the afternoons (there was air in the room in the evening anyway). Breakfast was good with enough choice of everything, Not far from the city center, we would have walked but it was really too hot outside...so we used the metro (station at five minutes walking distance). Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

If I have to make one complaint that would the bathroom which needs more space (we were three and there was not enough space for our toilet bags); also the shower needs to be fixed, shower head was leaking, and it couldn't be mounted on its holder.... Didn't look wery good in such a nice hotel.

The staff was lovely, polite and helpful. The room was ok, it was clean, spacious. There is underground parking available at this hotel which is a major plus in my opinion. The spaces are a bit small so you need to be careful if you have a larger SUV but they are manageable and again, I am very happy they have on site parking, there are plenty of other hotels that list parking available and then they tell you it's on the nearby streets. The main reason we stayed here was the location. It's very close to a large number of restaurants, there is a supermarket 2 minutes walking away (which I encourage you to use since Budapest can get real expensive real fast if you're not careful), it's close to the national museum, and to a variety of other places that are worth visiting, everything is within walking distance. Well worth the money to stay here especially because of the location.

The bed had 2 mattresses instead of one large one which made the experience a little less comfortable.
