The location is good, within walking distance of most of the attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants around. The building is a very nice old building in very good shape. Breakfast is pretty good.

The service is not what you would expect from a four-star hotel. The first day, at four PM we returned to our room, which was not cleaned yet. While we were resting, they came to clean the room so we had to leave. They cleaned it and took the towels away but did not replace them with fresh ones. On our way out for dinner, we asked them to send us fresh towels but, instead of sending them to the room they requested us to ask for them when we were back. Not a single apology. Not a big deal, but I would expected a better response.

The location was great. very quiet street but very central. Short walk to party district and to the river, with lots of public transport nearby, but the road was actually very quiet - no bars, no traffic, could sleep with the window open.

The breakfast was nothing special but there are plenty of cafes nearby so it's not a big deal

Loved the breakfast! The best breakfast we've had at a hotel so far. the staff were lovely and the location was amazing.

They gave us two separate blankets. each blanket was quite small and wasn't large enough for a very tall person. This also meant we couldn't share a blanket which I would have loved. The room might have had some dust in it, I have dust allergy. There was no iron. There was some smell in the bathroom like the other reviews mentioned, but as long as you have the bathroom door shut, it's ok. I also opened the bathroom window every now and then. Our view wasn't good, it was facing a construction field with many rubbish bins. But then it didn't matter as much since we were busy doing things.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I liked the building and also the design. I like the big windows and the glass roof in the breakfast area. The location was perfect for us, close to the bus station and close to restaurants, pharmacy and everything you can think of. We had a twin room with comfortable beds. The storage was enough for both of us. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. They were very nice to us at breakfast and even when we asked to have something packed for our trip back home. I appreciate the little drawings on our sandwiches.

The room was smaller than I expected but in the end it was enough space. The hotel neighbours were loud but you could only hear them when they were in the hallway. We didn't really manage to control the heating system and one night it was colder than we would like. I also think that a clothes hanger could use in the bathroom not only the towels rack.

The hotel was located in a central location. We could reach the old town on foot. The access to the conference venue was feasible by bus. Public transport was easy to use and the next metro station was only 200 meters away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the wifi worked very well. Breakfast was exceptional and the hotel staff was helpful enough!

If we could mention that something could be improved, that would be the cleaning services, which was provided either very early in the mornoning, or late in the afternoon and sometimes we had to ask for cleaning services. In general the rooms were clean!

A wonderful hotel, from the first moment I entered, I was greeted with hospitality, kindness, style and elegance. The room was very clean, all the amenities you needed were there. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was fragrant and warm. The breakfast was delicious and varied for all tastes and preferences of the guests. Access to the spa was really a plus for relaxation. Overall, I recommend it with confidence, a 10 and I hope to come back soon! Thank you and I wish you continued success!

I would have liked to stay longer in Budapest, on my way to Vienna but maybe next time 😬

Great location just on the edge of District VII (Jewish quarter) with easy access to dining and public transport within 500m and access to tourist activities in the surrounding 2 km. Quite side-street, extremely comfortable bed, fast WIFI, excellent wellness centre (gym, massage, jacuzzi and sauna). Great reception staff. Gym is open 24 hours, bar open from 3 pm to 10 pm (drinks only, no food). More designed for business travellers or couples who are happy for either a quiet hotel or to do their partying off-site.

While there was plenty for breakfast, the western style items (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans) were all very cold - like they had been cooked at 7 am and then just left to cool for the next several hours. The 'balcony room with city views' had a small balcony you could walk out on but not sit on, and looked down into the quite side street. There were no 'city views' unless looking at building opposite the hotel is considered a 'city view' because you are in the city.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet street and in a walking distance from many of the sightseeings at this side of the river (Pest). It was very clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day with small differences, but fresh and delicious. The staff is welcoming and kind, always smiling.

There was a reservation that we had to make to use the SPA so it doesn’t get crowded there. Something’s broken with the system and I guess it’s not monitored as we were around 12 people in the hot tub. It’s not necessary bad thing but some people might find it uncomfortable.

The hotel looks very nice and has a special design. The location of the hotel is near to Liberty Bridge which means a good location for visiting. All services are ok. The breakfast was the same in both days of our stay, but it was good. The hotel has no parking, but you can get instructions from the reception about parking on the street (2€/hour - Simple Pay application/TPark application - max. 3 hours between 8am-10pm) or another alternative is to park underground very close to the hotel ( 13€/day - Pollack underground Garage).

We did not like the fact that although we paid for a normal room, we received an attic room. The room (811) was on the top floor, but without being told anything, a ventilation system was installed on the roof, therefore there was a constant noise that could be heard from the room. I think it is nice to mention this detail about the room. Anyway, the staff was nice and changed our room the next day.

Everything! The location is amazing, when you're staying in this hotel - you are close to many tourist attractions, good restaurants, cafes, bus and metro stops,.. We could easily get to every place we wanted to visit! Our room was very good, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very big, and even though we had a street view and opened windows 24/7, we could sleep easily because it wasn't noisy at all! The staff were absolutely lovely, they were very helpful and kind. Staying in this hotel definitely made our Budapest experience even better, we will certainly come back to this hotel whenever we go to Budapest!

At the time of our trip they had a big problem with their ventilation system, therefore air conditioners weren't working. At first we thought the problem would be solved in one day, but unfortunately we didn't have air conditioner our whole stay. The kind staff offered us some fans in case it gets too hot. We had our windows opened 24/7, so it was okay. But because this is a 4 star hotel not having functional AC for 4 nights is a big minus, hopefully they will fix it soon, because otherwise staying in this hotel was a very positive experience :)
