Modern and comfortable accommodation. We traveled with our son and had a spacious family suite. Very clean and nicely furnished room, 2 balconies, view of greenery. The breakfasts were rather average, the pastries were not always fresh. The dinner buffet was good, but don't expect any great gastronomy. Parking was easy (in the hotel garden), although getting out of the full parking lot with the SUV was a bit more difficult (cars park close to each other). We appreciate the short walk to the spa. There is cold water in the caves. We loved it in the hot summer but would be disappointed in the winter. There are a few restaurants around the hotel, but only one small shop if you want to buy water to drink for example. Drinks from the minibar are sold at the reception, but water only in small bottles.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Cave Bath, however know that the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill! A hard walk up the hill! The food: we included 1/2 board on our stay, not something I always do for the most part I just book with breakfast included, the food was excellent as well as the service staff absolutely GREAT! The facilities were well kept and had a lot of great option to enjoy your stay!

A few issues: 1. The room we got #304 excellent Family room with a queen bed and balcony as requested, in Addison a very nice large room. However, there was NO Wi Fi access at all in the room. The staff were helpful and offered us to move to another room where the Wi Fi was working. We did move but unfortunately the room was not as big, we no longer had a queen size bed, mattress were extremely uncomfortable nothing compared to the original room booked and paid for. But we needed the Wi Fi in our room ! So it ended up being that we paid for a premium room and ended up with a mediocre one. #301 In addition, we were charge for 3 days parking , when we only had a car for 1 day a rental!

The room is very spatios, quiet and comfortable. The staff is really nice. They also speak English if needed, but not all of them. We had half board but we also eat lunch at the restaurant as well (surcharge). The food is good and to be mentioned - big portions. Very close to the park and the Cave Baths.

The outside pool was not opened but I guess it was because of the weather. At hotel's full capacity there is not that much space in the interior spa. You need to pay extra for the parking.

- The suit was spacious. - The indoor swimming are nice but because most of the guest would like to spend their time in the bubble bath what is small.

- The suit had strange smell we could not decide whether it came from outside or from the AC or from the old furnitures (however the hotel states that since 2012 the rooms are non smoking rooms) - Overall level of furniture and the lack of cleaning - In the restaurant they are most likely prepared just for people with lactose intolerance. so if you are preferring to eat vegetarian food you won’t find wide assortment of meals. (my thoughts are covering just the breakfast and the included dinner, the extra a’la carte menu i haven’t checked) - Advertising the breakfast with the “retro” Sio drinks is cool but on 4* level this should not be only option.

Nice hotel, Everybody is very nice. A bit cold in rooms, probably saving on electricity. The food is decent - not too many options. Dinner is too early - just until 8 pm.

The miskolc spa wasn't working - which someone could let us know when we booked - since there isn't anything else much to do in the area. Hotel pool and spa are nice anyway

Friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner, clean room. Wellness open all day, it was amazing.

Cold water in the pool, more activities or games for kids would be nice

Everything - very nice hotel, the most clean hotel in Hungary, wellness is great, the food is excellent, breakfast is nice. The hotel is fantastic, very kind staff. The parking place has enough space.

The only thing is, make sure you have balcony, so the room is on the forest. And you can sleep with open windows as the air condition is making your throat dry. Otherwise there was no problems. We like this hotel very much.

Very nice 4* hotel in a walking distance to Cave Bath. Very comfortable family suite. Great masaage available almost anytime. Great variety of bufet dinner.

I missed a gym. Bikes were not available yet. We missed a better choice of sweets and fruit for breakfast.

I get a handicaped room, the water in the shower room was not good to handle for a not handicaped person. Room get completely wet .

This is a very nicely presented wellness hotel. Nice indoor and outside pools, saunas and jacuzzi were all great. The place doesn’t feel too big and it is set in a quiet area, so very quiet at night. We were half board and loved it - it’s great if you like Hungarian food. Staff were helpful and friendly. It’s easy enough to get to from the station, 3000ft in a taxi or the bus then the tram. The walk to the cave bath is 5 minutes, but there isn’t really anything else around at night.
