We booked horizon inn for day stay, 8am-8pm for two deluxe rooms as we had same day arrival at Chennai and departure from Chennai. They allowed us this special facility with an extra payment of 400 per room. Also provided the breakfast which was due for the next day morning. Though they took full payment at the time of booking they provided us a good service. Thanks Mr.Firoze for all the help .. The location is superb. KFC, PHARMACY ,CHENNAI CENTRAL STATION all at a stone's thrown away.

The breakfast was really nice. We liked the masala dosa and the vada and chutney and sambar. Also this hotel is close to Ananda Bhavan restaurant and it was very convenient to go and have nice meals. It is located in a safe place as it is in front of the Periamedu police station on the opposite side. Transport is easily available as autos are parked in front of the hotel most of the time and call taxis can easily locate you as well. The front office manager Mr Varghese was very helpful and courteous and attended to our needs. The room was very comfortable and had a nice modern bathroom. Even though we booked a non AC it was quite cool inside the room. We enjoyed watching some international shows on the big flat screen TV.
