Place was cosy and nice. Toilet was clean. Location is busy with some good shops.

The back of the hotel is stacked with cooking gas cylinders which is a huge threat. These cylinders I guess belongs to the restaurant Sangeetha. All these cylinders were placed close to the mini transformer. How are these risks being evaluated and safety ensured.

Arrival Sat, 24Feb24, Departure Mon, 26Feb24 1. Complimentary Indian breakfast. 2. Staff (Mr. Ravanan) were prompt and extremely helpful not just at check-in / check out, but also attentive towards needs during breakfast supporting kitchen staff to take orders. 3. On account of availability. Late checkout allowed, 1.00 pm. 4. Baggage handed off until 6.00 pm for onwards journey.. 5. Compact, comfortable rooms. Ample storage. 6. Within budget.

The points below did not matter since the pros exceeded the cons. This is for the rrecord and benefit of other travellers 1. No smoking area within the building. Had to step down. 2. Bathroom is a bit small. Space lost behind the door. 3. Compact room. 4. A side table on one side of the room only. 5. Charging points were used on swap basis. 6. A 3 pin plug could help effectively use charging points.

Everything is well and staff corporation very helpful and clean neat all things good,befor one month I stay ther so proud and happy then I book second time but my appointment doctor refuse to appoint this day .when my anathor appointment fix then I book PARK AVENUE HOTEL and I reffor to my friends and other visitors please if staying in chennai choose only PARK AVENUE HOTEL, lot's of thanks fo staff and manege for your help and support

Staff behaviour is good and good cooperation.hotel is very nice.I miss my trip this time but next time I will stay at park Avenue hotel . breakfast buffet good I don't forget before staying in the hotel but traffic overall chennai.next time my business work in Chennai April so I recommend to everyone if comes Chennai need hotel choose only park Avenue hotel because I visit many State in India but this hotel is also my favourite in India

THE ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY CLEAN AND HYGENIQQ. THE STAFF WHERE EXTREMELLY COORDINATED WITH ME TO CHECK IN THE ROOM AND THEY INTRODUCE ABOUT THE FACILITIES OF THE ROOM. AND THE HOUSE KEEPING GUYS ARE EXTREMLY COMFORTABLE WITH ME AND MY FAMILY, THE HOTEL PROVIDES AN AWSOME BREAKFAST AT MISHWAR RESTAURENT. IT WAS AWFULL. I PREFERE THAT EVERY ONE SHOULD BE STAY IN THIS HOTEL ATLEAST ONE NIGHT., THANK YOU PARK AVENUE.

Despite some minor glitches initially with the facility, their prompt and efficient response showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. Location and the Staff is the main advantages of the hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful that whatever I say will be less. And food ❤️. They cook mouth-watering food at a very competitive price. Wish I could have the food again and again. Last of all.... The front desk staff are exceptionally well-behaved and cordial.

It's high time to change a few amenities

The staff were courteous,helpful and pleasant.The rooms were cleaned everyday.All amenities were provided.The ambience and location are excellent.Would recommend to friends who come for visa purposes since it is near the consulate too. There was some issue with the tap which they promptly repaired. All together a wonderful experience.
