The location and boutique service was top notch right from entering the property they treated and looked after you like a family member. I would like to give a special mention to Angel, Sneha, Guest manager Bhatt ( sorry if I got the name wrong), Samarth who organised our beds always left an exquisite artiste touch woth his origami by making different animals with towels which our kids really loved. I also wanted to give a special mention to the gentleman from Kottayam who checked us in along with Shija* apologies if got the name wrong) who checked us out also waited for us until we got into the car to depart. I would definitely stay here again compared to any other Marriot I Kochi. They do have attention to detail and they ate quick to respond and always do ask for any suggestions for improvement. Thry even went yo lengths to pack separate food for my kids from the buffet because they are laye breakfast eaters. The team at Artiste are a dream team. Every management should have such a team. Thank you Team Artiste for looking after us like a family member. We all will definitely be coming back

Artiste as the name says the hotel was really artistic in nature. The check in was smooth and we were upgraded to a better rooms. The main attraction is that the hotel is connected to the Forum mall and we had easy access to the mall. So it's easy to shop and have a munch in the food courts whenever we needed. Since it was raining, we just explored the hotel and did some shopping in the mall as there was a super sale in many of the shops there. At the basement there is a Lulu supermarket as well. We took in a dining deal in the hotel and hence the Dinner and the Breakfast was included in it and it was an experience to have it. In case, you are looking forward to watch a movie then Cinemas are there in the mall as well. Overall it's a complete package of deal.

Nothing to dislike but the food in the restaurant attached to the Hotel could be improved still and many more dishes could be made available.

I would like to express my high satisfaction with the accommodation at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff very helpful and the service excellent. The hotel provided a pleasant environment which contributed to comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay. Excellent Indian cuisine and a wide variety of meals. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Very Good

The hotel is situated in a convenient and central location of the city. It is part of the same building as the mall by the name Forum which has luxury brand outlets, high end cinema halls and a superb convenience store. The hotel amenities are very good, also; though there is lot of room to improve with respect to the facilities and space of the gym.

Whats not to like about it..? Everything was very nice. Designed well and harmonious. Every single time the staff greeted with a smile, it was very refreshing.

Hotel is literally inside a mall. If they can arrange a way to have things delivered from the shop to the hotel it will be excellent.

- The hotel is close to Forum Mall. - Cleanliness of the hotel. - Paying attention to aspects of art in all parts of the hotel. -

- The hotel is very small, the number of rooms is 32. - Severe inconvenience due to the presence of a building under construction near the hotel (June 2024).

It is on the side of Forum Mall and you can go into the Mall from the Hotel

The Hotel did not gave a Licence to serve or sell Alcohol

The room was clean, spacious with a huge bathroom. The hotel has direct access to the mall, which was a big plus!

We got the room very late. Check-in by 6pm whilst we were there by 2pm.

Enjoyed the yummy breakfast and all the traditional food we missed at home. The service was excellent.

The construction work at the back, was very noisy.
