Good location, cleanliness and good hotel

I got a message from hotel, check-in is possible after 12:00hrs, So I arrived hotel at 12:00. but the reception(Name: Don) says, may take 15mins and later again 30min and later don't know how long. However he has been giving rooms to others who came after me, but not to me. He kept me waiting until 13:45 and then other lady from receptions issues a room to me. Because of the message from Hotel, I have reached the hotel early, otherwise directly I would have gone after 14:00 hrs. it was so annoying and waste of my time. Normally after a long travel this kind of behaviour annoys peak.

food was amazing

that its not worth the money because my booking didnt include breakfast or any meal

There was luke warm water for shower for 3 days

Location is good if someone wants to be stay Near Kadavantara , Panampally Nagar , Vytilla , South Railway station , Gandhi Nagar and Girinagar . 5 mins walk to the metro station . Situated bang on the road . Couple of eating joints nearby just in case you do not wish to eat at the hotel . Good Rooftop Bar with live music . It is a shade expensive though .

Front office communication can be better , Drive in to the hotel is very congested and small .

Metro view and the complimentary breakfast. Very close to the Metro station. Very clean

Some switches were not working. Expected a bigger room with more seating options (like a couch)

Overall feel and cleanliness could be far improved when considering it to be a Five Star Hotel. Staff are considerative and attentive but could improve, guess lack of proper training to keep up the show..

The food was good, service was excellent. My husband was having dental treatment and so needed soft food...soft or blended food was prepared specially for him so he could eat. We enjoyed a lot of care from all the staff..Renjit, Deepu, Sony , Akhil are some of the names...and I don't know the names of the chefs...but a big thank you for yr care and making us feel at home. I highly recommend this place specially if u are staying for medical treatment.

Some thing wrong withe the electricity and AC...the electricity tripped several times a day and we had AC problems twice...but the positive thing is all the problems were rectified immediately.

Breakfast was good. The number of items were limited though

The dinner at 10th floor. The food was mediocre for that price and note even close to authentic. Sleepy service very poor food quality and exorbitant price. It took 50 minutes to get the food. When we complained the waiter showed frowny face😀

Too many random people as it’s close to downtown and has a bar

Good location at the centre of the city. Room was quite good.

Even though we selected no smoking rooms, there was cigarette smell coming from the AC vents. Since the AC is centralised, it looks like someone was smoking from a nearby room and it got mixed up.
