Superb location inside a gated community on the outskirts of Bangalore. Pristine, fresh air. Well maintained property with tastefully manicured lawns, spacious and clean rooms, more than adequate indoor activities (including squash!), clean swimming pool. Food was excellent - the buffet spreads for both lunch and breakfast were more than adequate with lot of variety and good taste.

Checkin experience could've been better. Our experience started on a wrong footing but the staff did well to make up for it during the stay (with excessive apologies and a genuine commitment to do better). In room dining service missed delivering half the placed order. Waiting for it to arrive turned out to be a frustrating experience. Would have rated it high had these things being taken care of upfront.

Very relaxing place and very clean. The space is big and green. Kids friendly, the play area is amazingly decorated. Loved the size and location of the pool, rooms are spacious and convenient too. The bar is amazing and the bartender is very good with his cocktails. The food was less spicy and kids friendly. The breakfast spread was also delicious.

The restaurant was good, although the capacity was an issue. Could be because we came during the long weekend, but we had to wait longer to get the seats for dinner, even being a residents for that night.

Its a wonderful place to relax, even though so close to Bengaluru feels like a remote place. We checked into our room and did not quite like the entrance to it, the front desk was courteous to move us to different and better room with private backyard and sauna. The food was excellent at the breakfast buffet and the room service was great. We travelled with a 3 year old toddler and this place is perfect for family with kids as they have a play area to keep the young minds occupied. The property is well maintained and great to take walks.

Breakfast was very good. Overall food is good. Cleanliness is very good. Suitable for family outing.

We wanted to use the sports facilities like Cricket and Golf, But most of the staff, didn't guide us properly and we could find it in the last hour before leaving and there was no one to assist at that location. People were talking loudly over phone in the Library and there is no staff to tell them

We had food at Tangerine Restaurant and the buffet spread were pretty good. The open kitchen emphasizes the attention to hygiene at the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and responsive. We were upgraded from executive room to a 2-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. Very pleasing and well maintained interiors with thoughtful lighting in the rooms. Toilets were very nice. Multiple TVs connected to Jio unit with options to connect to internet or Tatasky is very nice.

Rooms didn;t have easily accessible electrical plug points for charging the phone or the laptop.

The food was good! breakfast menu was vast and was included in the package so in terms of cost i dont know how pricy it was. its the atmosphere and connect with nature and greenery that made the resort great! great Staycation idea for a perfect getaway from the city hustle to relax and have a leisure time.

maybe in terms of price they are on the higher side . so probably avoid booking last minute and instead book in advance in such places.

The resort is lovely. Lots for the entire family to do. Food was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very prompt and courteous despite a full occupancy. The spa was excellent.

Only drawback I feel was there is a lot of walking involved which is not very comfortable for senior citizens

The landscaping was beautiful. Loved the food. Had breakfast and dinner on both days. Very helpful staff. The Suite was very spacious.

The fruit basket in the room could have more fresher and better fruits. Otherwise all else was on point.

Extra Spacious Rooms, incredible Food, lot of greenery inside courteous staff, ambience high class...

Only improvement Area I would say is to increase the entertainment activities inside the campus. After paying 16k bucks for a night, if we need to pay extra for badminton and cricket doesn't make sense. Need to onboard more fun games for family.
