Excellent location and amazing staff and one of the best food we had. We had some dietary constraints like non spicy food and the return staff were very accommodating. They happily accommodated all our requests. Food was very yummy and heigenically prepared. 10 out of 10 to Yogesh Neeraj Rohit Mohit Rimjhim and to the live cooking done by Deepak. The concierge staff Neelam and Mahesh were very friendly and helpful in organising rafting, taxis and provided us great suggestions on local places to visit. You cannot beat the location with 24*7 view of the river and mountains and located right on the bank of ganga and you can simply go directly to the ghat from the rear door of the hotel. The ganga aarti next to the hotel is not to be missed. The restaurant overlooking the river meaning you can enjoy the food and the views at the same time. The breakfast and the high tea were amazing.

Water pressure in the bathroom could be better. Rooms were neat and clean but can be more upmarket for the rate charged

Amazing view of Ganga, especially at the top floor rooms. The ground floor still gives you a view of Ganga, but it's not the same. Breakfast really improved a lot with the new restaurant, which also serves lunch and dinner!! The best "malai kofta" I ever had!! :)

The hotel needs to check their shower / heating system, as the water was getting too hot and when you turn down it goes to cold. Also some of the staff at the front desk could be more friendly... Finally, not all double beds are really a double bed, but two beds joined together.

The staff at the hotel, especially the manager Mahesh, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was my first time in Rishikesh and the team was always there to answer any questions that I had or to attend to my requests. The breakast was amazing and the location of the hotel was ideal. I highly recommend Yog Niketan to anyone visiting Rishikesh. It's been a couple of months since I visited Rishikesh but the memories are still with me in large part because of the staff at Yog Niketan and how well they looked after me. Thank you Mahesh and team.

The entire setup, ambience, the aesthetics, the delicious food, the rooms by side of Ganga,. just a few feet away from ground floor rooms. The lawn and sitout area by the river. It was so convenient as its located few metres away from Ram Jhula. The local markets, roadside eateries, Parmarth Niketan, Swarg Ashram, Rameswaram temple all just a walk away. And the place was super clean, hygiene and comfortable. Their breakfast was yummy. Lot of choices. Dosa, Khichdi, Paratha, Puri, Pancakes, Fruits, Juices etc. Except Kichdi everything was super delicious. They offer free meditation sessions but we missed. They also had a ayurvedic spa. The best is the access to Ganga. The clean Ghat. No crowd, no noise. Peacefully you can sit in the ghats and watch Maa Ganga flow by. Their staffs were responsive, courteous. No need of reminders. You ask them something and immediately it gets done.

Nothing really. Maybe a trivial one regarding the hot water flow in the bathroom. My friend said, the flow was not consistent and warm enough.

Like? We Loved it. From the extra friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the beautiful decor and decorations of the rooms and the hotel grounds, from the little access gate that puts you immediately on the Ganges to the location right opposite the Parmath Niketan Ashram. The breakfast was delicious with daily little changes for variety. They also provided a complimentary high tea for their guests which was a surprising joy. We loved every minute of our experience at Yog Niketan and will recommend this hotel to all our friends. Truly, remarkable.

The prices for the wellness packages I felt were a little on the pricey side. Perhaps a reduction in these packages will get more people to frequent the wellness centre. I also didn't get to experience the yoga and meditation exercises.

The view was phenomenal. The staff was super helpful. The yoga was outstanding and catered to me on the day I was the only person in class. The Wifi was reliable. The location was perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I didn't know how the breakfast area worked and no one seemed like they wanted to help so I just left. Maybe I was too early? In their defense, I wasn't feeling well. And the next day, when I just followed what someone else did, the breakfast was lovely.

The property is in an excellent location on the Ganga river and within walkable distances to lots of important temples/ashrams. The rafting from Brahmpuri also finishes a short distance near the hotel which is very convenient. You can sit in front of the hotel on the ghat during evening time which is very relaxing and can see the aarti at Parmarth Niketan across the river. The hotel restaurant has a range of tasty vegetarian dishes. The room is very clean and the view from the balcony or the window is very nice. The staff are also very helpful, especially with things like organising transport.

Everything is just so amazing about this property. Absolutely Loved my stay with my family. Excellent location with direct access to ganga ghat, mesmerizing view of green mountains, holy river ganga ji, parmarth temple and amazingly cleaned and well landscaped garden. Enjoy your evening arti just stepping down to ganga ghat. Access to super clean ganga ghat is very comfortable for families (who are concerned about cleanliness) who want to take dip in Ganga ji and take fresh shower afterwards in the hotel room. Another wow factor is "THE MOST DELICIOUS FOOD" what a spread, literally the best hotel breakfast I have experienced in India Region (they have everything from continental to north Indian and to south Indian. Super tasty and cleanliness is also on point and off course the view never leaves you when you are at Yoga Niketan. All their Staff is super calm, helpful and always ready to serve with a smile, specially Krishna at the restaurant and the girl at the reception. Huge thanks to all the team for doing amazing job in keeping this property well maintained and making the stay so memorable. Found my place to go when I am in Rishikesh next time:)

I loved this place so nothing at all to dislike about.

The stay was splendid. We stayed for four days in march. The hotel provides on of the best views in Rishikesh. One can see the Ram Jhula from the rooms along with the river, the ghats and the paramatha ashram on the opposite bank. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is excellent. Great spread for breakfast and tea. My husband enjoyed the morning yoga sessions immensely. It's the only choice for a stay at Rishikesh.

View outside the window was excellent. We had a balcony room directly facing the modest Ganges and it was all together a very pleasant and fulfilling experience.

I liked everything about the trip. However, there is always room for improvement. The restaurant seating area can be improved and the wash basin inside the restaurant can be moved outside.
