From the moment we entered the hotel the staff (Harpreet Singh, Suraj, Barkha, Vishal, Manpreet, Surinder, Madan) were all very courteous and heedful of our needs. They patiently showed us a couple of rooms, so we could pick one we liked! The room was very comfortable, clean sheets and towels (no stains, white n all :)). The property is well mainted. I must say everyone here from the front desk staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff were very kind! Don't think twice, stay at this place and you won't regret it :) Oh and the food was excellent too, they have a lavish breakfast spread! Enjoy!

Modern and clean, very comfortable with great bathroom and shower. The staff were very keen to assist and help and went out of their way to be helpful. One member of staff even came with me to a local bank to help make a bank transfer as I was unfamiliar with the process in India. There is parking at the front of the hotel which is managed and secured by good security staff, my motorbike was safe. Their food was also very good with breakfast being excellent.

Nothing really, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

I think prices were a bit High Further.I was astonished to learn that no channels catering jammu and Kashmir were available on TV.Though I requested the management but they didn't respond positively

Honestly the check in part. I travelled in so many countries but the way the early check in was handled by Ms. Sumaira (At Reception) was professional and above my expectations. Thank you so much Ms. Sumaira and May God bless you. Keep doing the same good spirit of work with honestly, dedication, professional and hard work.

The rooms were not so clean espl the washroom part.

The breakfast buffet was very good. All of the staff was nice.

The sink in my bathroom did not drain well. The shower head was seven or eight feet tall so it did not work for me, being so short. They don't give you a hand towel or a washcloth without asking.

Rest all was very good.

I had requested the person at the front desk on the day of my arrival that my train next day is at 15.40 P. M. So i may be allowed late check out. He had assured to help. Next day when I requested the person on duty he informed me that they have allotted the room so pl check out. Then I immediately checked out with a request to keep my luggage in luggage room. To my dismay when I left the hotel at 14. 45 the room was in the same condition in which I had left and no body occupied the room. That means the person at the counter behaved only officially without human touch and we stayed in lounge area for more than 2 hours. This was the saddest part of our trip which totally spoiled our mood.

An excellent property, the Staff is super efficient and courteous, the Breakfast spread was awesome!!

Everything was great, except that the Air Conditioning in the Room was erratic not very effective.

The Breakfast spread was good and available with multiple & diverse choice of breakfast items. Taste & Quality was too good. The location of the hotel is good and walking distance from Jammu Railways Station, very conveinience for people (like me) who wants to travel to KATRA (Ma Vashno Devi) by train from Jammu. In-house restaurant is also quite good serving continental food as well. Overall great experience !

Amazing place for a getaway. The rooms are clean and good. We enjoyed the pool, and the buffet breakfast was amazing to top it all. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
