We had a few mishaps with our room. The hotel manager was very obliging to assist with our issues & compensated us by providing a complimentary lunch & dinner, in which we were very grateful. Highly recommended to eat in restaurant, as the food was absolutely delicious & the young waiter there provides 1st class service! Our stay ended up being pleasant. The gate to the private beach is closed, however, this is understandable as the majority of domestic visitors can't swim. We used the stairs on the side of the resort to access this clean beach for a swim. The resort has a lovely view of the ocean.

Great location lovely private beach in the restaurant jolly was the best member of staff going and looked after our every need beyond belief, also at night keep an eye out for the flying fox bats they are amazing and if you get a chance go to the local fish market

The hotels a little bit old and tired and could do with a good clean, the balcony was also very unusable as the air conditioning made it far too hot and unusable but it wasn't a massive problem as we spent most of the time in the beach

Great place to be! Very nice and helpful staff. Varied Indian and continental breakfast. We stayed in a cottage with seaview and -sound - it was great! The beach is just in front of the hotel. During our stay the sea was very agitated so we stayed at the pool, The beautiful garden is full with flowers and birds. After the free consulting by the competent doctor we had several Ayurvedic treatments and that was an extraordinary experience! My acing knees were like new!!!

Time was to short - we would like to stay longer!!

The unique advantage of being nestled next to both a private and public beach, along with the proximity to the lighthouse, made the location truly spectacular. The scenic views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop to the entire stay. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of indulging in the Ayurvedic massage and spa facilities.

Food and staff behavior were very good. Location is very nice. Your swimming pool was well maintained.

Room,staff,food,location and layout are very good. But for people like us who are 80 + your Resort's too many stairs cases are very inconvenient to us. Rooms need more cleanliness. Toilet need more cleaning. AC and other electrical fixtures need attention.

The room was fantastic, as it was right in front of the beach, and very close to the pool. The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. If anyone of you reading this, get's a chance to meet Jolly from the restaurant, let him know that Gandhi from Canada says hello. The room was in the perfect place, as it was very close to the beach, and to the left of the pool. If you get a chance, ask the pool guy to get a coconut from the tree, and they will cut it down for you, so you can enjoy your fresh coconut by the pool.

I liked the location of the hotel as it has a beach that naturally gets separated from the main Kovalam beach due to rocks and a small cliff. Going to beach requires a lot of up and down from the garden area as the hotel is on the top of a hillock. Local market is 5 mins walk at Kovalam beach. But to reach to the market or beach be prepared for a 5 to 10 mins walk. Rest will all be good.

It was a good experience so no complaints.

I really enjoyed the ayurvedic treatment, my room, the view from the room to the sea, and the atmosphere of joy and peace. Food was also delicious, although I am not vegetarian, I learned to appreciate it. I was looking for a quiet place where I can enjoy the silence, clean and green views... this place provided everything I was looking for.

in the evening, it's hard to sit and enjoy outside after sunset because of mosquitoes. nothing much I can add because the rest is was quite satisfying.

Super breakfast, exceeded expectations. Good choice of fresh fruits, cerals, made to order dhosa's etc & fresh juices. Location great, very close to the beach , infact has own private beach. The hotel is a little dated, but customer service is exceptional. Staff are amazing particularly Abdul Mateen and Jolly in the restaurant. Definitely recommend 👍🏼.
