extremely courteous staff esp Roshan and Shahji took good care of us in every small request we had

We faced issues with the room AC on day one and it persisted on day 2 after the checks were done on day1. It was only after my request that we were shifted to another room, my point is that a property like Leela should do complete due diligence before allocating a room and should proactively had checked if the issue was resolved, this was the spoiler to an otherwise good stay

Its one on the worst culinary experience we ever got from a Five star Hotel/Resort We arrived on 29th tried lunch buffet. It was average The international food exept Japanese is one onthe worst we had Dinner we tried ala carte. It was good Next day morning breakfast was just average Lunch we tried room service Wr ordered Biriyani. It was one or the worst Biriyani we ever had Dinner we ordered appam and chicken curry Appam was vert sweet and chicken curry its made with boiled frozen chicken in curry gravy Hakka noodles and chicken chilly was awesome Last day breakfast it was bellow average Dosa was sweet. Taste like pancake Cant compare this with any other Leela Not even a std of 3 star hotel

The stunning location, beautiful facilities and very helpful staff who were ready to help with any issue. Great food selection and pristine facilities.

90% tax on imported alcohol

The ocean views are great. The hotel is only nice if you stay in the club rooms.

The food was bad, they were out of all kinds of liquors, juices etc. The hotel is extremely short staffed. Have to wait for 30 minutes or more to be seated for breakfast.

The location was superb. The staff were very polite and friendly. Food was very good.

Though the beach is nearby, there are non guest civilians also very nearby, which makes it a little crowded. A mosque , very close to the premises, and its 18th century loud speakers are sureshot spoilers of the party. Though I booked a Seaview Villa through Booking. Com, the data available with the property was that of a garden view Villa. This miscommunication between booking. Com and the property created some inconvenience in the beginning. But I got a Seaview Villa, thanks to the reception staff

The breakfast choice and restaurant food and the service of the staff was superb. A special mention to some of the team, who deserve praise for the quality of their service which goes a long way to enhance the Hotel's reputation. They are Ambuj , Manju , Sumodh, Hussain, Kumar, Bhawana were very attentive and always ensured we were served punctually and with a a smile, making us feel most welcome at all times. They are a great Asset to the Hotel , perhaps other team members can use them as an example for training.

great beach property , I liked the usage of wood and the high ceiling made it roomy. the lawns and the beach opposite were beautiful and well kept. clean rooms and well appointed interiors. great breakfast and a friendly staff

The switches were not placed properly I could not Fong the switch to turn off the balcony lights and was turned on even during the day. The toilet fixtures were of low quality especially the commode and the taps were loose and were turning around. the fan was aesthetically looking good but practically not very efficient and had only 2 leaves

This is our 3rd Visit @ Club Suite. it’s a great resort - very modern, beautifully done rooms with nice view of the ocean. The resort has best restaurants and a number of options.Service was prompt and courteous and they ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to recommend some names that helped my kids days memorable…. Life Guard Mr.Hari Kumar @ Club Suite area was the very humble and taught some lessons for swimming which really helped them and Mr.Kumar @ Life Guard also was polite and pro active. All the security guards are so welcoming and helpful.

The welcoming staff could be more cautious while handling clients, we opted for Club Suite, and no welcoming was received at the Club Suite area instead welcoming was received at the normal entry area(the last year welcoming was received at Club Suite ). ID proofs have already been submitted but again and again, different Staff were asked a bit annoying. The Club Suite area room in charge was not up to that level, could have met the guests with a smile and gesture.

The food selection was excellent. The hours for breakfast were from 7:30 to 10:30 giving guests a lot of flexibility. One order for a masala dosa inexplicably took 30 minute. This was an exception. Plenty of staff to serve diners with personalized attention. there was more food than one could hope to sample Staff are hospitable. Private beach and lovely views. Nice pool

One order for a dosa got lost. More coffee choices? Or maybe I just didn’t see them.

The location and Correa's architecture was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly although they forgot to deliver our order in time a few times. Ms Hema from the front office was very helpful in sorting out the issues with our booking. She is a very friendly, patient, and very helpful person. Kudos to her. The restaurant, cleaning, security and property staff were very good too.

The food was below par. Although a huge variety was offered, it was not tasty or authentic. Definitely a huge scope for improvement, especially at the rates that are being charged for the food the quality could be much better.
