The hotel is truly awesome and offers an outstanding experience with a nice view of Juhu beach. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, providing a wide variety of delicious options to choose from that cater to all tastes. Furthermore, the staff members are incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to assist guests with any needs or inquiries, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is very tiny, with almost no space to move around. If 3 people stay in a room with suitcases, they should have some rooms with queen beds for 3 people or recommend a junior suite for 3 adults. I did not expect an Indian hotel to have such a tiny room; it almost felt like I was in NY. Also, Juhu Beach is very dirty, full of plastic, and almost not walkable. I know it's a public beach, but at least they should take some initiative to clean the beach area in front of the hotel.

We stayed JW Marriot for 14 nights. Everything was lovely experience from the breakfast buffet amazing choices of different types of eggs to cakes to all selections of fruits amazing dragon fruit and watermelon chiku. Tea fresh juice I really enjoyed the pineapple ones. Saloni checked us in she was very good she did say she would check if they could get us a suite as we were staying for some time but didn’t hear anything back. Michelle we also asked her as she came directly to us if we needed anything if suite available as we were staying for 14 nights given it was long time there would be something they could provide us with however She never came back to us she said she will inform us one or two hours when we saw her again she walked away at least she would have told us nothing is available and not kept avoiding us something for Michelle to improve in her skills . Special thanks to pankaj manger downstairs breakfast he was always helpful and his team always at your service. I don’t remember all the names but thanks to the tea man and the crew. The chefs all came to tables to see if were ok and if we needed anything they cut you fruits like dragon fruits etc. Rohit from upstairs executive lounge was always helpful and his team always smiling and happy to help. Lovely experience at the lounge and cocktails worth the package. Housekeeper Gaurav was always helpful and always left the room clean. Kaushal front desk very helpful during our check out to. The staff in the security always helpful Priti as well as the pool staff. And you can go to the beach from the pool area . The gym facilities and sauna and jacuzzi is lovely women men are separate. I just think when people are getting food from the breakfast buffet you have to think before you get extra As People are always wasting food and it’s not right given the homeless people we have in this world not just Mumbai. If you like 1st time you can always go for seconds it’s a buffet. I would return to stay

We loved the location and the property is beautiful. Restaurants are great esp Lotus! Sunday brunch was awesome!

Overall, I'm satisfied, but there are a couple of opportunities for enhancement. Upgrading the hallway carpets would be a nice touch. Furthermore, although the beach is public, it would be beneficial for the hotel to maintain the cleanliness of the beach area directly adjacent to the property.

Our stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our room on the executive floor was a delightful surprise, offering access to the executive lounge facilities and boasting cleanliness and ample space. Despite not opting for a pool or sea view, we were treated to stunning vistas of the city and partial sea views, which added to the charm of our stay. The breakfast spread was beyond compare, leaving us with no desires unmet. The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding, ensuring a delightful start to each day. And when it came to dinner, the buffet exceeded our expectations with its diverse offerings and impeccable food quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu Beach was nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Mumbai.

I've been in more appealing lounges, but that's more due to the fact that a renovation seems overdue.

Gorgeous hotel right in Juhu. Breakfast selection amazing. Only one time I thought something needed a bit more taste and the staff were right onto it. Best breakfast here. Lovely atmosphere with flute player and staff were brilliant mostly. Executive lounge offerings were really tasty and they had an impressive selection of tasty food and free drinks, which makes it great valie.

Not much really. Maybe a better pool service as did not seem to be much here to eat and drink whilst at the pool but cannot really fault it. Sometimes waiting staff were a. bit slow and forgot my orders but to be fair they were very busy. They are eager to please and you can see that.

We arrived on a night flight from London. We were able to check in early by upgrading our room which was brilliant. We had already booked the executive lounge and this is a great facility though on the first night service was slow, the second night there were a lot more staff and our drinks came much more quickly. The pool area is nice towels water and fruit provided which was a nice touch. The Deshani Restaurant is fantastic. Loads of water in the room, coffee machine and kettle.

Drink service at Lotus is slow. The first night the service in the exec lounge was poor. Drinks orders given multiple times and no cutlery available for ages.

We were there from 20 to 25th, and we had booked access to the lounge where I the service was not good, infact, most evenings for the drinks we did not get a seat there and was asked to go downstairs to lotus bar which is not where we wanted to be. The couple of times we did get a seat at the lounge, we were ignored for about 15-20 minutes , no one came over we had to approach the staff to get a drink and even then they would forget us and attend to other staff, guessing favouritism. We would constantly have to call them over. Just was not a good experience or worth what we paid for. The service should be consistent regardless of who the guests are.

We booked a larger room with executive lounge access as that was the only one left on the booking site. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff went above and beyond. I had put in the notes that it was an early celebration for my husband’s birthday and they surprised us by decorating the room and sending a birthday cake which were really lovely touches. As we were there on a layover we arranged pick up and drop off from the airport through the hotel. It was a little expensive but we felt safe with the drivers in the Mumbai traffic. The room and the bathroom were large and extremely comfortable with a sea view. We enjoyed a dip in the pool and free drinks including cocktails in the executive lounge. All in all it was a wonderful end to our holiday and we were really impressed by how all the staff looked after us.

The building had large ledges outside the windows which looked like it may have once been designed to have a balcony. This area and the grounds had a lot of pigeons. We saw a guy cleaning there’s areas so they obviously try to keep on top of it but in some outside areas there is a bit of a smell of bird poo. The pool was still lovely and it didn’t really affect our enjoyment of using that area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and pool area were excellent. The room was nice - bathroom was clean and the shower was good! The beds were very comfortable.

There was an issue with my booking that caused an enormous amount of stress. The hotel said it was a system error. I had booked 2 nights via booking.com, for which I received email confirmation. Several hours later I received a cancellation notice! When I tried to find out why my booking had been cancelled I was cut off twice and then received 3 different answers from 3 different people causing a sleepless night and completely spoiling the last night at a prior location. When we arrived at the hotel the next day, I was charged for 4 nights which I only noticed after I had paid! I was then told the refund would not reach my account for up to 30 days! Not great. We received a cappuccino by way of an apology .....

Staff! They were polite and kind

The layout of each floor is weird. In order to find my room after the elevator, i had to walk a lot. Also, there was a constant noise in front of my room. The cleaning cart-housekeepers use- was in front of my room all night. I think either people were taking things from the cart or the room opposite of my room was used by the hotel staff. As a result, i had to wake up couple of times through out the time. I was tired and i had to wake early next morning as well :/
