An Oasis in a fairly scruffy area We needed to be in this location so were pleased to have found Indie Stays . Clean, good size room with big window so light good. Fairly quiet even though near a busy road. Reception answers phone promptly. Room service good though could have been better with less chillies.

Our room safe did not open . Battery needed changing. Took over 24 hours to resolve after many calls. Handover between staff of the problem that had not been resolved was poor. Finally a young lady at reception ( apologies I can’t recall her name) came to the room with a man with a key after the battery had been changed to ensure we could get out stuff. Fortunately we had a spare day If not we would have been in dire trouble as the safe had our passports.

Location and facilities were great. Though requested for rooms to be close to each other, it was not arranged and rooms were one floor apart which caused a little bit of issue, but anyway since the service staff was efficient, nothing bad to say about our stay there. Hotel promised to get us rooms close to each other during our next stay, which was kind and efficient. Rooms were quite comfortable and noise was okay during night time. Though WIFI was not available for 6th floor it was okay in the lobby and on the lower floors. Staff was exceptional and breakfast was served in the rooms and was perfect for our needs. Location was very near to the US Consulate and there were taxis available in front of the hotel most of the times during morning. If not, gate person will arrange a cab for you on request.

Rooms could have been closer to each other and maybe a little more attention for the future booking requests will eliminate this issue in future.

I am so grateful for “Indie Stays” in Mumbai for being the safe place it is. After a horrendous experience at a different property, I booked a bed in this hostel and it was the best decision ever. It is located in an accessible location and very safe even if you’re out at 2AM especially for women. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and you really can’t go wrong with this place. Even met some nice roomies during my stay!

I think there aren’t as many meal options plus overpriced compared to the nearby market, which forces a traveller to order from Swiggy / Zomato. Also, I noticed how the staff never issues you a locker unless asked for which seems odd as most people need lockers but aren’t even aware that the stay offers it.

I recently stayed at a hotel that provided exceptional service, a beautiful environment, and had a staff that was incredibly friendly. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, who were always available to answer any questions I had or to assist me in any way possible. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily to a very high standard. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, which made for a truly enjoyable and rejuvenating stay. But what really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help me with anything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with exceptional service and friendly staff. It truly exceeded all of my expectations and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful! My husband wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they gave us some medicine so we wouldn't have to go out late at night to find a chemist. The next day after we had checked out, they allowed my husband to rest in one of the dormitories free of charge as we waited for our late-night flight. The staff were there to help us with our every need and we were very grateful for their hospitality.

I think I had a good experience here as they have minimalistic rooms just as i prefer. No extra decorations, with too much going on in a room. Nice, cozy, well lit, with great facilities and great view. You get the feel that - Damn, I am happy that I spend my money here.

The room service from the reception could be a lil better I think. Scope of improvement in the wifi accessibility and connection.

Hotel is pretty good in comparison from other hotels. Facilities were almost equivalent to a good 5 star hotel. Food was nice except for breakfast.

Only weird thing because of which I am not giving 5 star rating is because of hotel receptionist. He was constantly hitting on my girlfriend. That guy is even trying to hit on her after around 30 days since we left the hotel. Dude is desperate as hell and lacks professionalism. Apart from him all the other staff is well mannered.

The dorm rooms are clean and value for money. I stayed for 3 days and everyday found my bed cleaned up nice and tidy coming back from day out. The common are is a good place to hang out.

Service otherwise is below average. The staff stands there and doesn't offer any help unless you go and ask them. Then too it takes some time for your request to materialize, that is if they don't forget. There are just a couple of shared washrooms for the dorm rooms. You might find yourself behind bathroom queue at times. The place is pretty much an indie dorm place, don't book the independent rooms thinking you will get hotel like service.

Friendly staff, location is near to US VAC and US consulate. Food was really good. Room and washroom was clean. Locker was available in the room. You can keep your luggage at the reception. Breakfast was good. Room service was also good.

There were mosquitoes in the room, but they have provided All Out a mosquito repellent liquid.

Ironing facility, Table lamp, digital Locker, Shaving kit, Tooth brush, dim lights, TV, Air conditioning, hot water kettle and hot water for bathing.etc.

Only one Towel provided in first day. No bathroom mat at bottom of outside the water closet. At least one bucket needs in bathroom for those who doesn't want to use the shower. Only Two mineral bottles provided for 24 hrs stays. Morning complimentary breakfast was less. Compared to this staying charges feels to be on higher side.
