Staff is very polite and courteous. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and the hotel makes sure you have new dishes to try and look forward to everyday. Quality of food was excellent.

The hotel can improve by upgrading the bathroom sanitaryware (taps and water closet etc.) as they are a bit worn out with use. Also the hotel can provide better selection of bathing and showering products.

Breakfast was a daily buffet and was just ok. Was tired of seeing idli-sambar and sandwiches on the menu everyday for a whole week. They need to introduce a bit more variety and choices. However it was ample and staff was very cooperative and attentive.

My room was located on the floor along with a whole bunch of guests attending a wedding at the hotel. They were noisy and disturbing throughout the day. I think the hotel should not place regular guests with special event guests to give them both their own space and privacy.

We came here for the excellent food quality which we were aware of from previous experience. [ We were Thanekars ! ] We missed buffet lunch / dinner though !

Just see if you can improve beds to Coir beds and bathroom linnes can be netter .

Wifi was not working in the room on the first day. There is no wifi in the lobby or restaurant . Staff needs to be more cordial and skill in problem resolving. I have noticed if booking is done from other websites, the guests are not treated that well.

The staff from the gate to the hotel reception and to the room service and restaurant personnel, they were very excellent. Very well appreciated service.

Good location in the centre of Thane close to the shopping malls. Good variety to the breakfast - every day was slightly different which was nice.

Location is close to the highway and Thane city center so it is quite convenient. The breakfast has many options and is tasty. The rooms have a nice view and are spacious. One handicapped friendly room is also available in the hotel.

The hotel is a popular spot for weddings so it will be very crowded with guests. Not preferable for someone who wants peace and quiet. The hotel lift is very slow and there are long queues due to the crowds.

Restaurant food was superb for both breakfast and dinner. The staff is amazing and helpful. Reservation office staff very informative

the property is ideally located, staff is very courteous and helpful, food is fresh and tasty. they do have a small but well equipped gym and a spa too.

there’s some renovations going on and the pool was not operational, but I guess that’s a temporary issue.
