Among the positives I definitely include the free room upgrade, the very helpful and kind staff and the cleanliness.

The room we stayed in, although clearly larger, was slightly old. The hair dryer was broken and I asked for a replacement, but the technician didn't come until check out time. Moreover, we had already booked dinner and at the restaurant we asked if the wine was included in what we had already paid for and the answer was positive. However, for 2 glasses of semi-sweet red wine and a bottle of water we paid 70€ in the end.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent. The hotel heard my grievance about the wedding noise and offered a complimentary airport ride back. I had some issues with my bank cards at check-in but the hotel staff handled it professionally and let me check-in and settle the balance amount the following day.

Too much noise outside the rooms and lobby because of a wedding event that was taking place Was very disappointed that the lobby area had very loud music to cater to the wedding party. We paid for a quiet stay not to be disturbed by these 4 day wedding events in common areas of the lobby and outside my room.

Location is perfect for shopping and site seeing. Close to airport and blessed, the hotel sent a brand new suv airport pickup. Absolutely marvelous breakfast. Everything was fresh ND piping hot. So many varieties and each excelled in taste and freshness! Can only think of 1 flaw in the shower area where water gets clogged after every shower. The bathroom slope is not qwll planned for drainage. But it's manageable. It is a beautiful luxurious hotel and we really enjoyed with family!!!! Worth the money!!!

Great facilities with top notch gym, spa, pool. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are amazing. All staff extremely polite and professional. Feel really valued as a guest. Smooth check in/out. 5 star amenities in the room. Super comfortable bed. Amazing wifi.

Even for a 5 star room service prices need to come down and yet more diversity and larger portion sizes in the menu would be good. Some upkeep is required which it does seem is being done one floor at a time.

Stayed in the residences, check in staff were super helpful. The room was absolutely amazing, super comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, so many different options to suit all - staff were very attentive and even provided a special birthday cake for the birthday girl in our party. Would definitely stay again - service level was amazing and all staff were very friendly

A bit more communication regarding the entrances, we went to the main hotel lobby not realising there was a separate residences reception area - although the staff transported us and our luggage, would have been useful info beforehand.

Excellent rooms which are big, and lavish with amenities. Room service is impeccable, we were very well looked after by Mr Ajay P. Food is the highlight of this hotel - all main cuisines available with loads of options in each cuisine, you always leave satisfied for an excellent meal every time. We were well catered by Mr Nikhil and Mr Vaibhav during all meals and the drinks prepared by Mr Vaibhav were very good and something different from all drinks we have tried so far. This hotel is truly exotic and we had made some everlasting memories here.

Nothing about this hotel to dislike, it is one of the best in the world

All aspects of the hotel - especially the ambience, staff, and location - are amazing. The staff are warm and extremely helpful and the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with balconies that offer breathtaking views of the hotel and its surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and they provide an airport shuttle for the convenience of their guests. Highly recommend their buffet breakfast, which offers a variety of Indian and continental options, with many specialties being made to order. The gym is spacious and offers state-of-the-art equipment and trainers.

Wifi system not working well

Room was very comfortable, and well kept. Staff and service to the room, especially of deliveries, was very good and prompt. The gym and swimming pools are excellent. The art in various parts of the property was beautiful. The hot food options in the breakfast buffet were very good and had good variety

Breakfast spread was large. However, the fruit counter was not up to the mark. The same few fruits were repeated and the slices served were also cut poorly. There seemed to be a large staff, yet their work-distribution seemed very haphazard and inefficient - items were not brought to the table correctly, nor was there prompt service to ask for beverages etc. There should also be more options in fruits, juices, with new items like kombucha, etc. The appliances in the room are all very old and need to be upgraded.

The hotel is great! Spacious, convenient location and well connected. The amenities like the pool, the gym and spa are well maintained and good too. We took the room with evening cocktails included which is highly recommended because lounge access from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm with unlimited food and drinks is a real value for money. The breakfast buffet is really good and you will not be disappointed. One thing that stands out to me is the service because all the staff are very helpful, kind and courteous. A special shout out to Mukhtar, Shraddha, Sejal, Kiran and Sohil. It was my birthday Eve and the hotel surprised me with cake and a card. Very thoughtful.

There isn't much not to like however it would have been great to have more lawns or more open space to walk around. But its nothing that can be dealt with as one can walk around the pool area.
