the place is in very good location, not far from airport also in the heart of mumbai so in middle. you can easily travel to north, south, to new Bombay from here. the owner is very welcoming and informative, he always has a smile on his face. breakfast was not bad and we had breakfast included, mostly its Indian breakfast. staff is very polite and helpful, they are prompt on their service! good hospitality.

the only thing which we didnt like was these numbers of mosquitoes in the room, however we guess probably the hotel guys can not do anything about it. actually on the last night it was just too much and we had to travel back early morning. we had some sleepless nights! infact wherever we went in bombay mosquitoes just killed us, unless you going indoors like phoenix mall stabucks or any bar etc.

I really appreciate the cleanliness, service and the staff. The location is close to the US consulate general. The food and services are good. It's a value for money. Highly recommend the hotel.

The day I checked in was a rainy day and my laptop and shoes all got wet and the very next morning I had to appear for a visa interview. I requested to multiple members to arrange me a hair dryer. However, i was denied of one. Though upon request one of the staff Mr. Prabhakar went an extra mile and arranged it from some nearby saloon and fortunately my issue was resolved at last. I would highly recommend to have some hair dryers for emergency situations considering the possibilities of untimely rains in Mumbai.

All the staff and the management were very nice .. very friendly and provided us with everything we needed.. cleaning the rooms daily.. the sheets were replaced daily and the floors of the room and the bathrooms were sanitized on a daily basis..when I come back to visit India I will choose this hotel once other..

There is no refrigerator in the all rooms ..it should be put one in there.

Location is excellent. Very close to the train station, central to Bandra and the airport. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that I required. Staff were attentive and efficient. Excellent value for money

Decor and the building are a bit dated, but very presentable

The matress was bad and couldnt sleep comfortably. too springy and very uncomfortable

Staff and room service. Nice people. Easy access.

Power plugs were not good. Need to change. Very old. Power supply for my laptop was disconnected all the time. Power plug near to bed was not working .

The stay was very comfortable. Room was big & clean. There's decent buffet breakfast with 2-3 varieties and fruits. They provide complimentary water bottles as well. They have an in house restaurant. The egg biryani is a must try.

A bit far from international airport. The geyser doesn't work very well.

Breakfast was only Veg. Though it was tasty. I wish they would Atleast provide eggs.

Wifi was not working in our room in the 5th Floor. Only in the first floor it was available.

Pricing is justified.

More cleanliness in toilet.
