We had a 2 night stopover at Mumbai on our way to Agra. We selected this Radisson hotel being close to the airport and SJ Studios for a Bollywood tour. Location is perfect for these things as the traffic is often heavy at the junctions around this area and although only a short distance away it takes extra time to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We had a great experience on arrival at reception and the suite room was spacious and clean, with wonderful views over towards the airport. The room was ideal size for 3 adults as we were travelling together and needed an extra bed. Fiona restaurant breakfasts were very good, plenty of food options. Also, the buffet dinner and a la carte menu food was good selection to stay at hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and views, and the adjacent steam room and sauna were an added bonus to our experience. We are pleased we arranged for the hotel airport transfer driver for pick up and drop off who offered a convenient and friendly service.

We were very happy with our stay…note if you want views you’ll get some noise from local construction so be prepared or select another room.

I was immediately impressed with the hotel’s beautiful interior. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was welcomed by a warm and kind valet service. The reception staff were equally kind and respectful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and whenever I requested housekeeping, they arrived promptly and were happy to help. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with its perfect chilled temperature and stunning city skyline views. Room service was also exceptional, with fabulously kind staff who made the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was quite noisy because it was situated right next to the lift, which made it hard to relax. Unfortunately, there was no view from the room, and despite requesting a supersized bed, I was given a double made up of two single beds. The path to the pool and gym was also confusing; exiting the lift leads straight into a hall that was in use during my stay. It felt awkward navigating through dressed-up guests in suits while I was casually in my pajamas.

The check in was warm and friendly all thanks to Sunjay and the other gentlemen. Even though I had forgotten my wallet, they even helped me arrange change for my taxi ride. a big shout out to the IRD Head, I appreciate he came personally to enquire about my current experience and inform me that my feedback wasn't in vain and I agree they have improved their response time much greater now. I was also assured of their quality standards. The food was nice, the drinks were good. 10/10 for IRD for sure. Breakfast was decent and had some incite full talks with Dharmendra the Asst manager if my memory services me right. Housing staff did an amazing job as usual its one of the reasons why I keep coming back, I trust the HK standards of Radisson Blu. And thanks to all the FO agents , Security, Concierge and supporting staff that made my stay pleasant.

a short feedback to the HK Head please have the carpets deep cleaned once a quarter. Also the pricing can be better but this is a personal quip. We all want stuff that's a bit cheaper for premium quality.

Beautiful hotel, lovely entrance, gardens, rooftop infinity pool with 360 views over Mumbai was brilliant. Staff were delightful and even upgraded our room free of charge which was a lovely treat! Breakfast was a sensation, and though we didn't end up having it, the evening buffet looked to die for!

Because we were all getting early flights back to London the next day, our whole group of 8 decided to play it safe with dinner and order western food (burgers, pasta, pizza etc) instead of the Indian buffet (which looked amazing) - not because we didn't trust the food, but we just knew how our stomaches would be processing another curry early in the morning, haha. But unfortunately the western dishes were pretty disappointing - very small burgers, a lot of missing ingredients and the quality seemed like it had all been taken from frozen / ready meals - plastic cheese etc. So we were all a bit disappointed with that as it's a 5star hotel and our final night, we thought it would be much better. But as I say, the Indian buffet looked brilliant and we just wish we'd chosen that instead.

The team at the hotel are exceptional, very friendly, they really make you feel home away from home . The management to the staff are very very nice . The girls in guest relation are extremely nice . Beautiful Preshella , Lisa , Resma , chef Rajiv & chef shantanu from the restaurant, a big thank you , snedon, Aston , Madhu , manish, thank you , keep up the good hard work . The house keeping were amazing, thank you Radisson Blu for making our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel . Big thank you to you all .

Amazing variety & quality of food. Very considerate of specific food requirements/request. Very helpful staffs (especially Mr Yash at the reception & Miss Jessica from FIONA). They truly went the extra mile to ensure my family & I had a pleasant & comfortable stay at the hotel. Special thanks to the security people at the entrance who were ever ready to help to secure transport. And last but not least, a big thanks to Mr Adnan for his help (after office hours) with our flight bookings & Mr Asif the IT personnel.

Br The breakfast spread was excellent. Security at the entrance were polite and helpful The staff at the restaurant were friendly and hospitable Cleaning staff did their job well. Reception staff at check in and check out were superb in service and efficiency. The chef came around at breakfast and enquired and recommended some items and provided them fairly promptly as well. On the whole a great experience

One small thing which can be fixed easily. At the buffet there should be space provided to keep the lids of containers while we are serving ourselves. It's tough to hold a plate in one hand and serve oneself as well as hold the lid! The lids r removable so one can't keep themopen partly without using hands

The hotel is in a perfect location for us and meets all expectations of a hotel in this class. We also enjoy it when we receive a room upgrade, as we did on this last visit. The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent.

There is really only one minus, albeit a very big one: the fact that Internet access is limited to two devices per room is simply incomprehensible. Whether traveling for business or private purposes: One cell phone, one tablet, one laptop per person is almost the norm these days. And if there is also a partner with you, problems with Internet access are inevitable for the guest. No problem for those who are not dependent on the Internet. For foreign guests, however, this situation is a real killer. It's just a shame that the management doesn't reverse this decision...

Staff were absolutely professional, friendly and very helpful. Had a smoking room which was requested on booking but it wasn’t assigned - within 10 minutes it was sorted! However it may have got missed as they gave me an early check-in! Pool was lovely but I didn’t use it due to the wind and rain as the water was cold. The in room dining had a good selection. The shower was brilliant. Hotel & Room was spotless. Airport transfers were smooth,drivers friendly - maybe improve the quality of the placard as it took me a while to find my ride. All in all customer service at it’s best. My thanks to all the staff. As a travel consultant I was most impressed. Will recommend and stay again.

Courtyard view was good but as exterior cleaning was being done so a big frame was there with the noisy lift going up and down; though a lovely apology note was given so understandable. Smoking room was on the 5th floor which could do with a little better ventilation as it was obvious;)

1. Cleanliness was great. 2. Good size of the room. 3. Courtesy by the reception & restaurant staff was above reproach. I appreciate it very much. 4. Toiletries were ample and of good quality. 5. Food is generally of good quality & taste. I enjoyed it though the idli served at breakfast could have been much better. 6. I was given a free room upgrade.

1. The room had a bathtub but no stopper so water could not be held there. Room no. 604 2. Room service food tray was not cleared in spite of requesting. 3. I had requested water before getting to bed. It arrived the next morning only after another request. 4. The floor smelt heavily of pest control measures. 5. Bathtub should have better anti-slip measures. 6. Though we were husband-wife couple, we were given room with single beds. I didn't complain however at that time since we were tired of the journey and didn't want to go through the hassles of changing rooms. 7. The location is not great, though near the airport.
