I had to attend an event in BKC and after filtering according to my preferences, this was the best option I found. Breakfast was nice. Even location was good. Rooms were neat and tidy. Overall hygiene was great.

Payment policy was not as per expectation. I had specifically filtered out pay at property option but when I called the hotel to confirm if my booking was received, I was told that 100% advance payment needs to be done else booking will be given to someone else if I don't reach the hotel by 1 PM on check in day

The Room offered was quite spacious (all rooms may not be of the same size though), clean room and very clean toilet. Staff was helpful, could have been smiling and with warmth as well.

Steep prices of food.. when the hotel is surrounded with so many restaurants and you still charge extra ordinary prices, it means either you serve extra ordinary food (which could not believe) or not interested in serving the food at all! It's true with many hotels .. why you compell the people to walk outside for food? We don't mind paying 50% extra, but demanding 300% rate is unreasonable...

Traveller needs good night sleep away from home, in an everbusy city like Mumbai, it was quiet and peaceful in the night. Clean spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom, overall a comfortable one night stay for us. Room service was delivered on time. Valet parking on property was available and we appreciated it after our long Highway journey.

The cleaning of the rooms should be done earlier than 3:00 pm

Room no 305 has water condensation inside the room.alsoi had ask for single room but given two bed intially the chargers were 3500 but wa la charged 3900.do have clarity when finally booking.

The location is amazing if You are planning to travel for work. The hotel is extremely budget friendly and getting big rooms for this price isn't easy in Andheri Mumbai. This is much much better than any OYO rooms available in the area.

The hotel does have a bar but they do allow You to bring your own liquor. So, don't be worried and enjoy the stay. Lift is very slow and make you wait. It almost reminded me of waiting for my wife when we have to go for a party :) ;)

This hotel is almost perfect. The only drawback was that the signal strength of the WiFi was bad in certain corners of the room and the speed was not that good (12 Mbps average). Else, it is a lovely hotel to stay. Food was great, service was lovely. The location is good as well... Transport is easily available to go anywhere. Jyoti Dwelling gets a 8/10 from me.... 2 points deducted for the WiFi signal....

The staffs are exceptionally helpful. The breakfast is great for a value hotel. And there's a couple of delicious restaurents around. Although the neighborhood is a bit congested, the hotel is quiet and clean. Food from the hotel kitchen is also not expensive and tasty. All-in-all great experience.

The ACs are quite old and can't cool the room much.
