Clean, new, nice toiletries. Nice fitness center and pool.

Initially I got a room with a door to extend the room. That’s for me a nogo in 5-star-hotels. Staff changed the room immediately without discussing. Room was more in size of a 4-star-hotel, don’t expect too much space. For me it was enough and I had to work for days there. The google chromecast for the tv is a nice gimmick, but the connection with personal devices cuts always after max 30 min. Reconnecting is not guaranteed… Mosquitoes are everywhere!! In room I have killed every day mosquitoes and they have them everywhere, eg lobby, tea lounge …

The breakfast was amazing, great choice and well organised and efficient service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent, my room had a wondeful view of the pool and I had the sunset too! Close proximity to the airport meant that I had time for the wonderful breakfast and could still check out and get to the airport for 7.30am which was very useful to get the Virgin Airlines flight back to London at 10.10am. I booked primarily for the pool which was perfect, the loungers filled up quickly so you need to get down there and get a place early.

My first day at the pool was spolied by two big groups of people each with their own sound system, a speaker linked to a phone I presume. They played music loudly the whole time so the relaxed atmosphere was spoilt by the two different types of music competing with the ambient music coming from the hotel. I would suggest taht personal music systems should be prohibited to retain a relaxed atmosphere. Also, there was no table service for food and drink by the pool which was a bit disspointing. Infact I didn't really see any service there, I had to find my own towel and then guide other who were looking.

The hotel looked great, it was clearly very new and clean. The pool area was really lovely. Staff were very helpful and responsive. It felt like a luxury stay which was what we were looking for before our flight. We were happy with the price we paid with a bit of a discount.

There were a few examples of things not working well such as the toilet flush, the coffee machine in the room, no access to the balcony (housekeeping did unlock the door but we weren't allowed a key). However, when we raised any issues they were quickly attended to, even if they couldn't be completely fixed.

I was made to feel special from the moment I arrived, with an early check that did not cost me anything. Using a credit card, you will be given two payment options and be able to select the most cost-effective one in relation to currency conversion. The room was clean, had excellent internet speed, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym exceeded expectations for a hotel, and the swimming pool was a joy to use. The coffee shop had an excellent range of choices, and the quality was excellent. Check-out was efficient. Overall, a definite five-star product and performance.

The interior of the property and the staff ,would like to specially mention raish (restaurant manager) and his team for the excellent service at breakfast and for IRD.I would also like to thank Sahil (restaurant supervisor)mirasa with his exceptional service for breakfast.as i was given a warm welcome by restaurant hostess,sahil took a great care of mine at the table.food was awesome and also the breakfast spread was good.had a great time at Aurika.Not to forget the staff at reception was also helpful with the room request and taking care of guest.i'll certainly try to visit again soon.

A.c was too slow and not very cool in room Also room for twin bed was bit uncomfartable And there was water dropping from top of toilet to head which shoukd have checked before giving room So overall not too happy not sad. But hope it get better for future. Please i request work on feedbacks it will help the buisiness. Thanks

The hotel was very conformable and the room very spacious! The breakfast buffet and the restaurant were various menu and good. The swimming pool was very big!

I would recommend to equip the rooms with hairdryer and also to do something with the smell when we get to the restaurant! A smell of fish cooking is always present! I would recommend to add more long chairs around the swimming pool!

Good hotel and staff overall good breakfast was ok little bit repetitive. Some mosquitos in the room however overall ok experience the massage was good to thanks to the team there.

The breakfast little boring and the only one machine for tea and coffee. And they lost the white remote control we did not get it.

Location and cleanliness

We arrived on New Years Eve and not a party or complimentary drink in site 😩it was dead quiet, we went to Another hotel to welcome the new year. It was boring at Aurika not even complimentary champagne for its few guests, very disappointing. Room service,laundry and meal preparation on order was very slow as well.
