Rooms were very nice and the Breakfast was moderate.

The on-ground staff at the Reception and the Manager were not at all accommodating when it came to my transport from the hotel to the Airport which is less than 500 meters. When I booked my room via Booking.com, it was mentioned that the hotel provides free transport to the airport. But on my check out last minute, I was told they didn't offer and would charge me Rupees 1,500 if they provided it. This was like literally ripping off the foreigners. I refused to pay and my manager from my company in my home country had to get me an Uber online that cost me Rupees 250 only. Considering the hotel is 5 stars, it was least expected to be treated like this just while checking out.

Breakfast was always fabulous. Need to work on your masala and ginger tea: a. Staff in Bharat dont understand that Europeans want the tea WITH the breakfast not after the breakfast. I found this at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad also... another hotel. b. The quality of the masala and ginger tea was bitter... over brewed or had little flavour. Please work on your tea masala quality. This is a constructive point. We all really liked the hotel... FANTASTIC food... hygiene... facilities... The Spa was also fabulous and great value. We all used the spa a total of 9 times! ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE HOTEL BREAKS!

Wifi signal could be better. Kept dropping out. Door entry cards had to be reprogrammed too many times

The staff were amazing. Especially Vishal from the reception. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. 10/10 for vishal. Breakfast was good. Busy but well organized. Egg counter was always overwhelmed and never got our order right on all 3 occasions though, but overall they have a good selection. Bed was super comfortable. Linen was top notch.

The fan in the room. It was dirty. We realized it was there because the ACs don't cool too much. This is in January. I can only imagine how summers will be. The AC is extremely noisy. Could be a problem only with our room. The property although new has some seriously shoddy work like dangerously taped up wires jutting out behind the mirrors in the bathroom, faulty switch, paint visible on tiles, small leaks, etc. We had a problem the first night connecting our TV with the internet. We had to call them a total of 4 times through the day (over 6-7 hours) to get it fixed. Every time they said they'll send someone immediately. It was only when Vishal picked our call thst the work was finally done

Great location and very clean nice rooms

The staff where a little grumpy not welcoming very plastic. Not all of them . The front desk needs to learn how to deal with customers and not keep sending to other desks . I ordered a airport pick-up but the car never came i told the guys I have a breathing problem and gave all information of flight arrival but the chap was quite rude and not taking the information properly. I told him 3 or 4 times make sure you send the car he quite rude saying look I have written it down ok . The chap behind me from America said what a rude man .

The view is so beautiful Even though it’s still under construction but still it’s very beautiful Hope to visit again in the future visit

Nothing to dislike here Everything is great

The moment you step inside you're transported away from the gritty grime of the streets around the airport in Mumbai. This hotel is refinement personified. We walked for a few kilometres in the local neighbourhood and found a street market for fresh produce and some novelty gifts. That in mind, there's nor reason to ever leave this hotel except to check-out.

Prices on menu are exclusive of GST which is 18% plus so expect to pay that bit extra at dinner. The menus in the rooms are distributed by QR code which is fine however to order use the internal intercom which is sometimes engaged.

We really enjoyed our stay again at Aurika Mumbai Skycity. The hotel is absoulety beautiful, clean and modern. We loved the décor and artwork dotted around the hotel. The bar and resturant experience was exceptionally pleasant. Without asking, guest relations arranged a complimentary buffet for us for our slight bad experince last time.The efforts they are making to save water etc.is great to see. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer and experience rest of the hotel facilities. Airport hotel tranfers were part of the package we chosen, the drive was waiting on arrival. We will definitely stay here again and recommended it to our friends and family. Very good location for airport 15mins away. Keep up the good work. Rate it.10/10.

Location, nothing walking distance for roaming around. Need to take taxi or rickshaws.

I loved th location and also how well the reception treated me. reedha and shradha both were awesome. And the facilities are also really superb. th breakfast buffet can have a few more continental things other than that is really good.

The only fact that can be changed is the entry and exit of the hotel since the in is easily missed from the road and the out is easily vibile. As an architect , i feel if we flip the entrances it will be very helpful for the cab and ubers that come that way. The in road is often missed because it is in a pocket road.

Proximity of hotel to airport. Like the decor, cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Good service. Good food. Most staffs are well trained and well groomed. Good smell almost everywhere. Exceptional massage at Araya Spa. Kuddos to Radhika, Gopee and all the staffs of the spa for the warm welcome, explanations and really good service. Thanks to Liron at the Conciergerie for all help. Mention also for ajeet at the reception for smooth check out.

They never answer to the emails. There are no activities. Customer relationship of the person who did my check in. They need to work on that.
