This hotel is close to the International Airport and very conveniently located. It is great value for money with fair sized rooms, that are all well kept and clean. Staff are friendly and a special shout out to KK who was there to see to all our needs and requests. The breakfast was great with a good amount of options and suitable for vegetarians.

The hotel area is known to locals as JB Nagar. The local rikshawala do not know the hotel by name, so just tell them the destination of JB Nagar. This will make traveling to and from the hotel much easier

Convenient location 5 mins away from the airport and metro. The staff were very accommodating with requests and went beyond what was asked. They were also very polite and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints with the service. The rooms were clean and quiet, with all the standard amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room prices for the area and surroundings in which the hotel is located are a bit steep. It's in an alley and not a major thoroughfare. Also, the rooms were a bit dated for the price. But considering the proximity to the airport, these issues seem trivial.

Close to airport The location of the hotel is good in terms of being close to the airport, however the area itself isn’t pleasant at all. The staff were friendly and pleasant, a big thanks to Mr KK (deserves a 5*) who made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. A gentleman indeed and went the extra mile to ensure my visit was nice. I stayed only for the night as I had a connecting flight later, however Mr KK was wonderful and helpful. An asset to the company and hospitality industry.

The exact location isn’t the cleanest, could be better.

The staff at reception was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a good location on a lively street with small shops that sell anything that might be needed. The rooms were quiet with no noise disturbance. There is a nice restaurant in the basement which gets busy in the evening and serves excellent food and drinks.

The Air Conditioning in the restaurant was much too cold, it was not possible to sit there without a jacket, which was really annoying. In the room the only annoyance was that very little toilet paper was provided from the start and not provided at all after room service.

The Management upgraded our room at No Extra Cost to us. Thanks to Nehad T Mohd & KK. All the staffs were very good, polite and helpfull. I needed to buy a new luggage, and KK actually came with me and also provided transport to go out and buy a new suitcase. Thankyou KK. They also gave us airport transfer on our return. Since the servive is so good, we will recomend our family and friens to stay at Hotel Oriental Aster. Its not too far from the International Airport, Being a Vegetarian and without onion and garlic, the staff made made special breakfast for us during our stay. Thanks to the breakfast resturant staff.

Staff

In Europe it will not be any 4 star hotel, but a two star max. The hotel has clean rooms, but the interior is an average rated. The food area is very small and in the basement where there is no natural light. The Indian breakfast was though good enough. For old people there is no facility to go downstairs. There is no garden etc. like any four star hotels have. The staff is super helpful. They also offered us free late checkout. Thanks for that.

Hotel is really great for either Airport stopover of for a base to explore Mumbai, lovely bar area and small restaurant, good prices and great staff. Comfortable rooms with everything you need and a great price. Much better than anticipated, Would stay again, had a better nights sleep here than when we stayed in the Leela a few years ago!! Plenty of places around the property to shop and see local life etc.

This is my second time at Oriental Aster. The hotel is very accommodating. I got an early check in without any fuss or payment. The free breakfast was excellent. The restaurant has awesome food. In room dining was excellent with quick service!! The hotel staff are very polite & courteous. KK works at the reception & is very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will surely stay at this hotel again.

We booked this room for a rest and refresh and something to eat before a late flight. The hotel were very flexible allowing an early check in. As we were not staying overnight and did not require breakfast they offered us sandwiches, which was a lovely gesture, They also arranged a free transfer the the airport.

The location wasn't the best, a lot of road works and building going on in the area.
