Staff was very good, polite and hospitable. From upgradation to a sea view room, to extra on-the-house dessert after dinner and a special cake presentation for our 33rd anniversary, our stay was more pleasant than expected. A special mention of Sunil Qais and Swapi Dhumi of AEHK would be in order.

On check out day, my husband wasn't too well and requested for breakfast in room which was denied. Later we came down to have the same from the spread, which I had served beforehand and kept aside. When we ordered for tea, which we knew we had to pay for, we were told twice or thrice by the then attendants that it was payable, which was uncalled for.

A large, luxurious hotel with a buffet system, a huge range of dishes and desserts, everything was fresh and prepared with soul, and the New Year's dinner was absolutely gorgeous. The staff is attentive and helpful, the rooms are clean and large, the pool is large.Weddings often take place in this hotel! On the last day in the morning, the restaurant employees presented a cake as a long-standing guest (it was 9 nights). I visited the local village Aksa, attended a national tradition, the Indians are very nice, hospitable people, of course I didn’t want to leave this place.

The staff was very friendly. Five-star hotel near Aksa Beach, Mumbai, offering excellent service under the director’s watchful eye. Clean and friendly, it feels like a European four-star hotel. The beachside location is perfect, with a sizable pool, palm trees, and beautiful beach views. Our room on the first floor featured a large terrace overlooking these views. The restaurant serves delicious a la carte and buffet meals, capturing local flavors. A well-stocked bar overlooks the pool and sea. Notable features include a family-friendly playground in the lobby, a lifeguard at the pool providing towels, and a well-equipped spa and gym. Room service is prompt and efficient. In the evenings, the atmosphere is calm, with minimal noise from departing planes at Mumbai airport. Tuk-tuks are readily available for nearby shopping trips.

I can't think of anything negative

I just fall in love with this resort. Entrance staff very polite and nice. Food excellent, lots of fun and activities. Evening complementary tea with snacks and keep rabbits 🐇, duck and parrot 🦜 was so lovely ambiance. This resort is just dream come true. i recommend everyone to visit at least once in there lifetime. that will be bast day for them. Positive vibes and very active environment. EVEN VISIT THE BEACH TOO... 10 OUT OF 10 😘

Everything was best.. no complain.

Very helpful staff, 24/7 room service, good food and buffet for breakfast. The place is a nice area to relax and stay indoors . We stayed there two nights when we arrived to India to get out of the chaos and to relax after travelling 26hrs, remember, not much there so it’s just to stay in . The staff were amazing !!!!

I would recommend them to clean more, the place is lovely we really enjoyed it, we aren’t very picky but I can understand that for some paying that price and getting some of the dirt would be upsetting .

Overall the resort was good.. loved the location.. the resort was kind to let my boyfriend plan the proposal in the resort garden and have some professional photographs taken. This place and stay will remain in my heart forever. The resort was also kind to send many heart balloons to our room in the evening after the proposal. Absolutely heartwarming♥️

Our checkin was supposed to be 2pm and we arrived at 12.45pm. The staff told us rooms are not available for early checkin and suggested we have lunch in the restaurant. After lunch at 2pm the room was still not ready and staff told us another 30mins would be needed. That kind off upset us but the staff managed to give us a room in 15mins and gave us a complimenting extended hour for checkout. We wanted to do a couple spa but noticed the pricing is very exorbitant. Also felt the restaurant pricing is bit high.

I booked the room for my in laws on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. We opted for package which included dinner and breakfast. Also I requested for complimentary room decoration if possible. They exceeded my expectations. Not only they decorated the room beautifully but also there was variety of spreads for dinner and breakfast. They just loved it.

The contact number in Google not updated and the number which was available in booking.com ,used to get unanswered most of the time.. So multiple follow up was required

The hospitality of all the staff from front desk , room service, restaurant , swimming pool guard, security staff to housekeeping. Everyone was gentle and helpful. This shows the hospitality of hotel that every staff is committed to give unforgettable memories. Especially, mentioning Mr. Jay who was polite and available to all queries regarding room and booking. It is hard to remember each staff name but I would like to appreciate and praise them , in the above mentioned the departments. I request the management to acknowledge the effort of their staff.

Only the far location, by looking at the mumbai traffic. But I will look forward to another franchise of the same,which is accessible.

the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Duty manager Harjeet helped me with the best rooms and made sure everything was perfect. The front desk staff Shubhangi made our stay very special from the time I came to the front desk to check in . She was exceptional. She came to the room with a cake for my sister’s birthday which was very thoughtful of her . She is an asset to the hotel. The restaurant staff Suyog was very kind and helpful as we were travelling with a 3 years old he made sure our dinning experience was comfortable.

The food in the hotel is not as good as expected however the staff and the hotel is great.

The resort was clean, efficient and beautiful. We loved our room and the stay was comfortable. Ezekien, Ajaz, Mannani were particular staff that stood out to us as helpful, kind and friendly. Thank you so much.

It is quite far out from the centre of most activities. Tour guides rarely come to do pick ups from this location.
