We liked the location, the service from the staff, the excellent restaurant with buffet options for breakfast, and mostly ala carte for other meals. The toilets are particularly clean and functional even though it lacks natural light. We had an ambience room with windows on two sides

The rooms are rather small, but that in itself would not have been a problem had the wall on one side not looked marked and somewhat tatty. The pillows were too bulky, and we would suggest they offer pillows of different heights to suit all tastes and body dispositions. The lighting in the room could also be a little more imaginative. Over all, the rooms need some freshening up. The foyer furniture also need some refurbishment

The location is very good, close to facilities like shops and restaurants. You can walk to the centre (a local market). It is also close to a river and green view. The staff were helpful. They arranged me a tour taxi at a rate better than which offered outside the hotel.

The room is a bit old. You cannot open the balcony door without opening the room main door first. The room main door is unlocked using a key. The lights are switched on using a card. The card and the key are tied together; if you pull the card so that you can use the key to unlock the door, the lights go off. The toilets lights and exhaust fan work together, so as long as lights are on, exhaust fan is on, which, I noticed, brings up bad smell within the toilets. The balcony is cramped, not comfortable to sit on, and it has no chair.

We, wife and I, particularly liked the location, tucked away at the end of a side road, well off the main road, with glorious views towards the south with greenery and forested hillsides. The buffet breakfast and dinner were really good with a pleasing variety. A special thank you to Mr. Dayal, who responded positively to change the room 205 initially allotted which had an unpleasant view to Room 212 facing the opposite direction with glorious views. Dayal was ever responsive and helped make our brief stay more enjoyable. We also were very pleased with the choice of TV channels available, which included western movies, most of the popular english news channels, Nat Geo, Discovery, etc.,

We definitely did not like Room 205 with a distasteful view into the private terrace of a next door building. Fortunately our request for a change of room with a better view was accepted by Mr. Dayal. Also, the Elegance Rooms, which are advertised as being 252 sq ft in area, are significantly smaller at only about 160 sq ft, and therefore a bit claustrophobic and, resultantly, less value for the tarrif being charged. Finally, the toilet seat in the bathroom of Room 212 was out of alignment and uncomfortable to use. We did not complain about this as were staying for just 2 nights, and were relieved to get this Room with a better view after Room 205 opposite was unsuitable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of items changing each day. The quality and taste were excellent, and there was a sufficient range suitable for everyone's preferences. Additionally, the restaurant staff were exceptionally cooperative, helpful, and generous in attending to our requirements. We especially appreciated the delicious food served by the restaurant, where the staff paid attention to each of their guests.

While the toilets were generally clean, we did notice an occasional drainage smell. However, upon bringing it to their attention, they promptly shifted us to another room, which resolved the issue. We were very pleased with their quick response and solution.

Very nice and specious rooms. Very well maintain hotel. Very enthusiastic and cooperative staff. Hotel has spa and massage services( I was not aware about this before hand ). Fruit juice , breakfast and buffet dinner was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in munnar

Never i've found a hotel with everything so perfect and believe me pictures do tell the real story of this location and hotel so don't bother anyplace else for ya stay in munnar. The hotel is like situated in the middle of the all major attractions in munnar it's upto you which direction u want to go. Breafast if u missed it by 10Am u have to go outside for your meals and lunch starts late so keep that in mind if u checking in late. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was beautifully clean thanks to Mahalakshmi. The bath towels incredibly soft. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was delicious and the staff were pleasant. The view from our room and small balcony was lovely. The Brahmi massage therapist was pleasant and it was wonderful. Being in old Munnar was very quiet but still only a short stroll to New Munnar.

Hot water very hit and miss.

We had an overall excellent stay at this facility. This was situated near the bus stand and is at walkable distance from the road. The room was neat and cozy. The view from the room was also good. Ample space for parking is another advantage.The new cuisines they introduced were almost good, but there is room for improvement. The morning buffet was excellent and so was the dinner items. The staffs were courtious and friendly and always ready to respond.

There is room for improvement in the new food items introduced. It was still good though.

Stayed for 2 days. Typically, it is my personal opinion that centrally located budget hotels are difficult to find in some hill stations (Munnar, Wayanad, Shimla). Either such properties are located away from the city center or are so remote that one needs transport to get there. This property is located centrally and the staff are extremely courteous and provide sufficient information regarding the places to visit and the events at the city center for the evening. Our room was large and offered a great view.

The breakfast was the same for both days and had very few options.
