A very friendly and caring staff. The room we stayed in (102) was on the 1st Floor and was spacious and had two balconies with reasonably good views. The food quality was excellent and so was the room service. The overall cleanliness was good and regular attention to room cleaning was commendable. For the price, with add-on breakfast it is a good and happy deal.

A few floor tiles in our room were damaged and need replacement. The quality and layout of the breakfast needs improvement. Suggest adding some fresh cut fruits, cereals and eggs (boiled). We were happy to be provided with well-prepared omelettes and toast on request. Also a facility to provide tea/coffee without added sugar would be nice.

A great and superb place to stay.Will give 10 out of 10 marks..Really have not stayed in such a good hotel.The staffs are really friendly,pleasant and co operative.Full marks to cleanliness.Restaurant is super clean and food also gets 10 out of 10.Special mention to Mr Douglas,the reception boy and the lady and waiter at restaurant.They were such a pleasant and smiling staff...We couldnt event point out a single negative thing about the hotel.100 percent satisfied and zero complaints...Full rating provided....

Food quality can be better and kettle in rooms must be there but they do provide hot water to drink whenever needed.

Great location (walking distance from the center of munnar and good restaurants around) , the rooms are very confortable and clean, and the balcony is a great plus! The only down side is limited hot water, only available during two time slots, which was not mentioned when booking. The best part is the really friendly staff. Thank you Douglas!

Nice place to chill with a beautiful view at the balcony. Great staff. The hotel is located only 10-15 minutes walking from the city center, and near restaurants. You can also ask the reception to let your backpack after the check-out if you plan to do a last trekking before leaving Munnar. We recommend !

Le Celestium makes the stay comfortable.. As the location of the property is nearby centre, we dont feel isolated.. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly... Thanks to Mr Douglas and his team for keeping the atmosphere user friendly..👍👍

What is not comfortable is the wifi which was under complaint. Not a big issue, but it sucks if you are out of time and you dont have the data.. As the parking is just below the floors, you can feel the noise in the early hours which disturbs your sweet munnar morning sleep... It would be healthy, if the parking guys keep their activity in a low pace.. Rest all good👍👍

the location within the town, rooms were exceptionally good than expectation, clean bed, toilets were clean, decent breakfast, over all best/humble people to serve. The receptionist Mr.Deenadayalan, was polite, helpful and informative. Just felt cons- very average breakfast, could improve on it. No fan/ac in the room, though provided with table fan on request. There were 5 adults and 4 children aged 11,10,3 and 1 yr in our family trip. Le Celestium staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had luggage escort facility,which was a plus as we were with kids. The location is in the heart of Munnar town and the place is well connected eth public transport as well as other facilities like shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a sumptuous dinner,which was complimentary for our 2 nights and 3 days stay. The food was rich and delicious,not to mention healthy too as there was no food colouring and processed ingredients involved. Overall,we enjoyed our stay at the hotel wih kids at a very nominal rate.

The only drawback that I felt is the lack of geysers in the bathroom. They can include solar panel water heaters for making it economic if the concern is about people misusing the heater.

The rooms and toilets were clean, hot water facilities were available on a timely basis.

They don't provide you with a bathing kit or shaving kit so do make a note of that. Also there were no fans and ac in the room, but we didn't mind it because the climate was cold, but in summers it must be taken into consideration.
