Convenient location, spacious rooms, pretty clean during monsoons, excellent food, smiling staff. Very pleasantly surprised with the property, cleanliness and an excellently elaborate menu with outstanding okra wali sabji and creamy tadke wali daal. Pretty good breakfast and some piping hot coffee for a rainy morning. Thank you and hope to visit again.

The property could do with another lift or maybe an optimized life as the wait is quite long. Athiti devo bhava maane that the reception staff can smile more often so the athiti feels welcome.

Clean, good food and very friendly staff. A big good recommendation of this property. Water is hot 24x7 so be assured for a good hot water bath even in rainy season. The ACs were clean, and the windows are noise proof. Breakfast is really very good, one should avail it.

Instructions given at the counter to clean the room after we were out early morning were not passed on to housekeeping staff. When we came back in the afternoon we were surprised, but they did tidy the room immediately. Communication of front desk needs to improve.

Excellent stay. The staff were very polite, the rooms extremely clean and the best was the food preparation of the restaurant!

Only one lift was the only negative point I can think about....had to wait.

In restaurant, the staff professionalism need improvement, in terms of guiding on ordering food items and promptness for services during entire dinner/lunch consumption. Attention should be paid for requirement of water during food consumption.

Have stayed in Grand Rio for few times in the past. But this time realised as the booking was from not done directly they gave the corner rooms . They had better rooms but as the booking was done through booking dot com wasn't given the best of rooms

Rooms were clean, dining room staff was very attentive and food was great. Overall cleaning of the hotel was well maintain. As working as a housekeeping manager I couldn't stop myself checking for cleanliness. Well done👍.

Amenities in rooms would be nice like body lotion and dental kit. Most important front office staff would be welcoming as it is the face of hotel.

restaurant should be available for ppl who taking room. also if someone come with partner then they should all things double. like body soap, Colgate brush etc. Also if someone said is he/she come for anniversary/birthday then they should contribute something in this like decoration/cake. which creates different space in customer.
