I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Whether it was helping me with directions or simply sharing a friendly chat, they truly made me feel at home. The room was immaculate – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning! Sanjay Mishra is a truly kind and dependable helper. He is always ready to lend a hand, offering support with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.

The location is perfect, in a nice area, and most importantly, in a quiet road without all the cars and their neverending horns, and walking distance from orange line or the metro, that takes you to the airport in half an hour. The hotel was clean and pleasant, not fancy but expected for the rate. The staff very friendly, and they even prepared me a small breakfast for the day I did the excursion to Agra, for which I left earlier than the starting time they began to serve breakfast. Also, one day I ordered some food and it was delicious, abundant, and not pricey. I'd stay there again!

I really can't think of anything I didn't like!

The breakfast felt home made, and was simple, nutritious and warm. We were able to get simple, amazing food every evening from the in-house kitchen, and that made a great difference after a long day out. The inner courtyard was a perfect place for a quiet breakfast in the midst of some greenery . Definitely doesn't feel like its in the middle of New Delhi, but it is a central location. Close to multiple markets and various tourist attractions, and safe enough to walk even at night. Room and bathroom was clean enough, and water pressure was good too.

There was a bit of a delay in room service now and then. Room was a bit of a tight fit with an extra bed, but otherwise, reasonably good.

Comfy beds, good hot showers. Wonderful and accommodating staff and excellent meals. Nice courtyard. Away from traffic noise.

Well, it's India, but given that, this was a nice enough place. Either a short walk or rickshaw ride (100 rupees is what I paid) from Shivaj Stadium stop on the Airport Metro Express line. Convenient to walk to Connaught Place or Jantar Mantar. Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful enough. They provided bottled water in the room. The wifi worked. I would stay there again if in New Delhi.

I travel a lot and generally as long as the hotel is okay, I don't complain about it not being perfect. This place was fine. Like I said above, this is India, so the expectations are different than in a Western country. All in all, it was good, no complaints.

It is very clean and regularly the hotel staff arranging room service in order to make sure that the guest’s room is clean and give the guest a pleasant stay. The reception called “Ankit” embodies exceptional hospitality at the hotel reception. With his warm welcome, efficient service, and attention to detail, he ensures every guest feels valued and cared for. Ankit's dedication sets a benchmark for outstanding service in the hospitality sector, making him an invaluable asset to the hotel's guest experience.

Breakfast was good. Food when ordered from room service was good. Ram Singh and Saroj Mishra in the breakfast room were very efficient and courteous. Both are excellent asset to the company. Food variety was good. The place was as seen in the photos. Clean. Location is good. It is also on a quiet street. Easy access to places of interest. Rooms are good size, bed was comfortable and bathroom was good.

The staff were really helpful. Chandan Singh was very helpful. He borrowed me his charger and was always available. Ankit Sharma was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Sup Suite room with a toddler and the staff were so accommodating. They even very helpfully extended our room also to accommodate our next destination timing for our yatra to Maha Kumbha Mela in Prayagraj. Highly recommended hotel stay.

Maybe the wifi connection could improve

I enjoyed my 5 days in this comfortable hotel. The rooms are big. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, they assist you in all possible ways. I was travelling alone and the owner of the hotel was very nice making suggestions where to shop, and how to get around. The restaurant in the hotel is comfortable and they offer Indian food and Western food. They have very good soups and I had them prepared in advance everyday since it was a bit chilly in January. I requested a shower curtain and they brought it right away. Most hotels here have no shower curtains. You don't hear the noise of the traffic like most of the hotels as you can see in the photo. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The taxi from the airport had a hard time finding the hotel since the streets in Rishikesh are so small and hard to get around but that is everywhere in Rishikesh. I got to the hotel and I was relieved that it is in a quiet great location where you can walk to every direction and find what need.

The staff in general was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The property is very well designed - with a central courtyard, well laid out rooms with large windows. Breakfast was great with good old music playing and cook was happy to serve. The location was perfect - centrally located, easily accessible. Overall the property was clean and well maintained with some room for improvement.

Room cleaning & property maintenance were not up to the mark - the linen was spotty, with hair (possibly from previous guests), the cushions on the sofas were stained. The water flow in the toilet would not shut off completely after flushing and flowed all night. The sink cabinet in the dining area was significantly damaged and appeared to have been for some time - was an eye sore. Breakfast area can get crowded at peak times.
